1. The fourth Ayurveda Day is being organised on October 25 at National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) in Jaipur, Rajasthan
राजस्थानातील जयपूरमधील नॅशनल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ आयुर्वेद (NIA) येथे  25 ऑक्टोबर रोजी चौथा आयुर्वेद दिन आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे.

2. Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari and Shri Jitendra Singh announced the renaming of Chenani Nashri Tunnel on NH 44 in Jammu & Kashmir as Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Tunnel.
केंद्रीय रस्ते वाहतूक आणि महामार्ग मंत्री श्री नितीन गडकरी आणि श्री जितेंद्र सिंह यांनी जम्मू आणि काश्मीरमधील NH 44  चेनानी नाशरी बोगद्याचे नामकरण डॉ. स्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी बोगद्याच्या नावाने करण्याची घोषणा केली.

3. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia starting from October 28. During the visit, Mr Modi will attend the session of Future Investment summit in Riyadh on 29th of this month.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी 28 ऑक्टोबरपासून सौदी अरेबियाच्या दोन दिवसीय दौर्‍यावर आहेत. . या दौर्‍यात, मोदी या महिन्याच्या 29 तारखेला रियाधमध्ये फ्यूचर इन्व्हेस्टमेंट समिटच्या अधिवेशनात सहभागी होतील.

4. India has marginally improved its ranking to 32nd position in terms of providing pension and retirement benefits to citizens compared to last year.
गेल्या वर्षीच्या तुलनेत नागरिकांना पेन्शन आणि सेवानिवृत्तीचा लाभ देण्याच्या बाबतीत भारताने किरकोळ क्रमवारीत 32 व्या स्थानावर सुधारणा केली आहे.

5. The Central Government has relaxed norms for setting up petrol pumps allowing non-oil companies to get into the business. The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved the Review of Guidelines for Granting Authorization to market Transportation Fuels. The announcement was made by the Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar.
केंद्र सरकारने तेल नसलेल्या कंपन्यांना व्यवसायात प्रवेश मिळवून देण्यासाठी पेट्रोल पंप उभारण्यासाठी निकष शिथिल केले आहेत. आर्थिक बाबींच्या मंत्रिमंडळाच्या समितीने (सीसीईए) परिवहन इंधनांना बाजारपेठेत अधिकृतता देण्याच्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांच्या आढाव्यास मान्यता दिली. केंद्रीय माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर यांनी ही घोषणा केली.

6. For the first time, India is hosting the Global Bio-India 2019 summit, one of the largest biotechnology stakeholders conglomerate, in New Delhi from 21 to 23 November 2019. The announcement regarding the summit was made by the Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 24 October.
21 ते 23 नोव्हेंबर 2019 या कालावधीत नवी दिल्लीत जैव तंत्रज्ञानातील सर्वात मोठी भागीदार असलेल्या ग्लोबल बायो-इंडिया 2019 शिखर परिषदेचे आयोजन भारत प्रथमच करीत आहे. या समिटसंदर्भातची घोषणा केंद्रीय विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान मंत्री डॉ.हर्ष वर्धन यांनी 24 ऑक्टोबर रोजी केली.

7. The Central Railway launched One Touch ATVM for fast ticketing at 42 suburban stations. One-Touch ATVM: One-Touch Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) will facilitate fast ticketing to its millions of commuters over the Mumbai Suburban Network from 24 October 2019.
मध्य रेल्वेने 42 उपनगरी स्थानकांवर द्रुत तिकिटांसाठी वन टच एटीव्हीएम लाँच केले. वन-टच एटीव्हीएमः ♦ वन-टच ऑटोमॅटिक तिकिट वेंडिंग मशीन (ATVM) 24 ऑक्टोबर 2019 पासून मुंबई उपनगरा नेटवर्कमध्ये आपल्या लाखो प्रवाशांना जलद तिकीट देण्याची सुविधा देईल.

8. The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) celebrated its 58th Raising Day on 24 October 2019. Special events were conducted in ITBP’s headquarters in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
इंडो-तिबेट सीमा पोलिस (ITBP) ने आपला 58 वा वर्धापन दिन 24 ऑक्टोबर 2019 रोजी साजरा केला. उत्तर प्रदेशातील ग्रेटर नोएडा येथील आयटीबीपी मुख्यालयात विशेष कार्यक्रम घेण्यात आला.

9. India signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pakistan on Kartarpur Corridor. The agreement will operationalize the Kartarpur Corridor that will pave the way for Indian Sikh pilgrims to visit the holy Darbar Sahib shrine in Pakistan.
करतारपूर कॉरिडॉरवर भारताने पाकिस्तानबरोबर सामंजस्य करार केला. या करारामुळे करतारपूर कॉरिडोर कार्यान्वित होईल ज्यामुळे भारतीय शीख यात्रेकरूंना पाकिस्तानमधील पवित्र दरबार साहिब दर्शनासाठी मार्ग मोकळा होईल.

10. Senior IAS officer Arvind Singh has appointed as the chairman of the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The appointment was approved by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions. Arvind Singh is at present working in Maharashtra.
वरिष्ठ आयएएस अधिकारी अरविंद सिंह यांची भारतीय विमानतळ प्राधिकरण (AAI) चे अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे. कर्मचार्‍य, सार्वजनिक तक्रारी आणि पेन्शन मंत्रालयाने या भेटीस मंजुरी दिली. अरविंद सिंह सध्या महाराष्ट्रात कार्यरत आहेत.
