2. Recently, researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati have developed an ultrasound-assisted fermentation method to produce a safe sugar replacement called “Xylitol” from bagasse, which is the residue left after crushing sugarcane.
अलीकडेच, इंडियन इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नॉलॉजी (IIT), गुवाहाटी येथील संशोधकांनी ऊसाचे गाळप केल्यावर उरलेला अवशेष असलेल्या बगॅसपासून “Xylitol” नावाची सुरक्षित साखर बदली तयार करण्यासाठी अल्ट्रासाऊंड-सहाय्यित किण्वन पद्धत विकसित केली आहे.

4. Bangladesh-born painter and story writer Fahmida Azim has been selected for the 2022 Pulitzer Prize. Currently, she is working for Insider, an American online magazine.
