1.Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh presented the G.K. Reddy Memorial National Award for journalism to senior journalist and television presenter Karan Thapar.
माजी पंतप्रधान मनमोहन सिंग यांनी जी के. रेड्डी मेमोरियल राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार आणि दूरचित्रवाणीवरील प्रस्तुतकर्ता करन थापर यांना पत्रकारितेसाठी सादर केले.

2.  India has become the third largest electricity producer ahead of Russia and Japan.
रशिया आणि जपान नंतर भारत हा तिसरा सर्वात मोठा विद्युत उत्पादक देश बनला आहे.

3. Martin Vizcarra was sworn in as the country’s new president of Peru.

4. The Government of India has decided to nominate Professor J S Rajput, former Director NCERT, as India’s representative to the Executive Board (EXB) of UNESCO.
भारत सरकार ने यूनेस्कोच्या एक्झीक्यूटिव्ह बोर्ड (एक्झबी) चे प्रतिनिधी म्हणून प्रोफेसर जे एस राजपूत, माजी संचालक NCERT यांना, नामांकित करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

5. President Ram Nath Kovind visited Varanasi on a one-day visit to Uttar Pradesh. During his temple city visit, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind laid the foundation stone of five projects of the National Highway Authority of India.
उत्तरप्रदेशच्या एका दिवसाच्या दौऱ्यावर राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी वाराणसीला भेट दिली. आपल्या मंदिराच्या शहराच्या भेटीदरम्यान श्री रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरणाच्या पाच प्रकल्पांची पायाभरणी केली.

6. The first-ever International Exhibition of Graphic Prints ‘Print Biennale India 2018’ opened, at the Rabindra Bhavan Galleries of the Lalit Kala Akademi in New Delhi.
