1. President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the International Gita Mahotsav-2017 in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी हरियाणातील कुरुक्षेत्रातील आंतरराष्ट्रीय गीता  महोत्सव-2017 चे उद्घाटन केले.

2. Ex-environment minister Anil Madhav Dave and deputy director of Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) Chandra Bhushan have been honoured with ‘Ozone award’ by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
माजी पर्यावरण मंत्री अनिल माधव दवे आणि सेंटर फॉर सायन्स अँड एन्व्हायरमेंट (सीएसई) चंद्र भूषण यांना संयुक्त राष्ट्र पर्यावरण कार्यक्रमाद्वारे (ओएनजीसी) ओझोन पुरस्कार देऊन गौरविण्यात आले.

3. Amritsar’s Golden Temple has been awarded the ‘most visited place of the world’ by ‘World Book of Records’ (WBR)
वर्ल्ड बुक ऑफ रेकॉर्ड्स (WBR) ने अमृतसर च्या सुवर्ण मंदिराला ‘मोस्ट विजिटेड प्लेस ऑफ वर्ल्ड’ पुरस्कार दिला.

4. Barcelona’s star striker Lionel Messi won his fourth European Golden Shoe award.
बार्सिलोनाच्या स्टार स्ट्रायकर लिओनेल मेस्सीने आपला चौथा युरोपियन गोल्डन शू पुरस्कार जिंकला.

5. TV director and actor Peter Baldwin died. He was 86.
टीव्ही दिग्दर्शक आणि अभिनेता पीटर बाल्डविनचा मृत्यू झाला. ते 86 वर्षांचे होते.

6. Indian Police Service (IPS) Officer of 1984 batch, N Sambasiva Rao has been appointed as the Director-General of Police (DGP) of Andhra Pradesh.
1984 च्या बॅचचे भारतीय पोलिस सेवा (आयपीएस) अधिकारी एन. संबाशिवा राव यांची आंध्र प्रदेशचे पोलिस महासंचालक (डीजीपी) म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे.

7. Punjab State Government notified the ‘Punjab Goods Carriages (Regulation and Prevention of Cartelization Rules), 2017’, banning goods carriage operators from forming cartels in the state.
पंजाब राज्य सरकारने ‘पंजाब गुड्स क्रिएटिज (नियमन व प्रतिबंधक नियमन नियम), 2017’ या सूचनेनुसार, मालवाहक वाहक ऑपरेटरला राज्यातील गाड्या तयार करण्यापासून बंदी घातली.

8. Indian Railways has installed Asia’s largest Solid State Interlocking (SSI) system in Kharagpur, which will enable station masters to set 800 different routes for trains in a matter of minutes.
भारतीय रेल्वेने खडगपूरमधील आशियातील सर्वात मोठी सॉलिड स्टेट इंटरलॉकिंग (एसएसआय) प्रणाली बसविली आहे, ज्यामुळे काही मिनिटांत रेल्वेसाठी 800 वेगवेगळ्या मार्गांची सेवा देण्यास सक्षम होईल.

9. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar laid the foundation stone of a healthcare centre for children in Mumbai.
