1. The United Nations World Tourism Organization announced 27th September as World Tourism Day in 1980 and has been celebrating the day since then.
संयुक्त राष्ट्रांच्या जागतिक पर्यटन संघटनेने 1980 मध्ये 27 सप्टेंबर हा जागतिक पर्यटन दिन म्हणून घोषित केला होता आणि तेव्हापासून तो दिवस साजरा केला जात आहे.

2. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will formally declare India as Open Defecation Free -ODF on 2nd October during a function to be held in Ahmedabad.

3. With Rs 3.8 lakh crore net worth, Mukesh Ambani is India’s richest man for the eighth consecutive year, as mentioned in the IIFL Wealth-Hurun India Rich List 2019.

7. Centre unveiled the first Indigenous High-Temperature Fuel Cell System on the occasion of CSIR Foundation Day at New Delhi. It was unveiled by the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind.

8. Saudi Arabia announced that it will offer tourist visas for the first time. It aims to diversify its economy away from oil. Female tourists are required to wear modest clothing. The announcement comes as a part of the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030 reform programme.
सौदी अरेबियाने जाहीर केले की ते प्रथमच पर्यटक व्हिसा देईल. तेलापासून दूर असलेल्या अर्थव्यवस्थेमध्ये विविधता आणण्याचे उद्दीष्ट आहे. महिला पर्यटकांना माफक पोशाख घालणे आवश्यक आहे. क्राउन प्रिन्स मोहम्मद बिन सलमान यांच्या व्हिजन 2030 सुधार कार्यक्रमात भाग म्हणून ही घोषणा करण्यात आली.

9. The Border Security Force (BSF) has launched a massive operation along the 180-km International Border (IB) with Pakistan. The operation aims to detect the underground, cross-border tunnels in view of possible infiltration attempts by armed terrorists into J&K.

10. According to a global report, India has ranked 44th in World digital competitiveness rankings in 2019. India stood 48th rank in the year 2019. India has made various improvement in terms of knowledge and future readiness to adopt and explore digital technologies.
जागतिक अहवालानुसार 2019 मध्ये वर्ल्ड डिजिटल स्पर्धात्मकता क्रमवारीत भारताचा क्रमांक. 44 वा आहे. सन 2019 मध्ये भारताचे 48 वे स्थान आहे. ज्ञान आणि डिजिटल तंत्रज्ञानाचा अवलंब करण्यास आणि त्यांची शोध घेण्याच्या तयारीच्या बाबतीत भारताने विविध सुधारणा केल्या आहेत.
