1. On July 28, World Hepatitis Day is celebrated across the World, annually. The day seeks to raise awareness on the Hepatitis, which cause deaths of around 125 000 people in Africa every year, even though the disease can be cured.
28 जुलै रोजी जागतिक हिपॅटायटीस दिवस दरवर्षी जगभरात साजरा केला जातो. हा दिवस हिपॅटायटीसबद्दल जागरूकता वाढवण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो, ज्यामुळे आफ्रिकेत दरवर्षी सुमारे 125,000 लोकांचा मृत्यू होतो, जरी हा रोग बरा होऊ शकतो.

2. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate 44th International Chess Olympiad on July 28, 2022.

3. Mexico has been placed at top position in terms of expats in “Expat Insider 2022 survey”. It is followed by Indonesia and Taiwan.

4. Recently, government announced for companies to spend CSR funds on activities related to ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Government is organising the “Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign” as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
अलीकडेच सरकारने कंपन्यांना ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ मोहिमेशी संबंधित उपक्रमांवर CSR निधी खर्च करण्याची घोषणा केली. आझादी का अमृत महोत्सवाचा एक भाग म्हणून सरकार “हर घर तिरंगा मोहीम” आयोजित करत आहे.

5. Merger of Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) with the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) was recently approved by the Union Cabinet. BSNL will work as government’s executive arm and the ownership of assets will be with the government.
भारत ब्रॉडबँड नेटवर्क लिमिटेड (BBNL) चे भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड (BSNL) मध्ये विलीनीकरणास केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने नुकतीच मान्यता दिली. BSNL सरकारची कार्यकारी शाखा म्हणून काम करेल आणि मालमत्तेची मालकी सरकारकडे असेल.

6. India and Bangladesh have successfully completed the first “Cross-border logistics of Containerised cargo” through inland waterways of “Indo-Bangladesh Protocol Route for Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages”.
भारत आणि बांगलादेशने “कोका-कोला बांग्लादेश शीतपेयेसाठी भारत-बांगलादेश प्रोटोकॉल मार्ग” च्या अंतर्देशीय जलमार्गांद्वारे प्रथम “कंटेनराइज्ड कार्गोची क्रॉस-बॉर्डर लॉजिस्टिक” यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण केली आहे.

7. First stage of the Han Kuang Military Exercises was concluded recently and its second stage started on July 25, 2022. Second stage will run until July 29.
हान कुआंग लष्करी सरावाचा पहिला टप्पा नुकताच संपन्न झाला आणि त्याचा दुसरा टप्पा 25 जुलै 2022 रोजी सुरू झाला. दुसरा टप्पा 29 जुलैपर्यंत चालेल.

8. The European Investment Bank (EIB) recently joined the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI). CDRI is led by India.
युरोपियन इन्व्हेस्टमेंट बँक (EIB) अलीकडेच आपत्ती प्रतिरोधक पायाभूत सुविधांसाठी (CDRI) युतीमध्ये सामील झाली. सीडीआरआयचे नेतृत्व भारत करत आहे.

9. Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala has launched NDDB MRIDA Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of National Dairy Development Board to take forward manure management initiatives across the country.
केंद्रीय मत्स्यव्यवसाय, पशुसंवर्धन आणि दुग्धव्यवसाय मंत्री परशोत्तम रुपाला यांनी देशभरात खत व्यवस्थापन उपक्रमांना पुढे नेण्यासाठी राष्ट्रीय दुग्धविकास मंडळाची पूर्ण मालकीची उपकंपनी NDDB MRIDA लिमिटेड सुरू केली आहे.
