1. The meeting of the Heads of Tax Authorities of the BRICS countries, namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa was held. The meeting was scheduled to be held in Moscow but was held through video conference in view of COVID-19.
ब्राझील, रशिया, भारत, चीन आणि दक्षिण आफ्रिका या ब्रिक्स देशांच्या कर प्राधिकरणाच्या प्रमुखांची बैठक झाली. ही बैठक मॉस्को येथे होणार होती, परंतु कोविड  च्या दृष्टीने व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सद्वारे घेण्यात आली.

2. Finance Minister launches free instant e-PAN card facility through Aadhaar. This facility is now available for those PAN applicants who possess a valid Aadhaar number and have a mobile number registered with Aadhaar.
अर्थमंत्र्यांनी आधारद्वारे विनामूल्य इन्स्टंट ई-पॅन कार्ड सुविधा सुरू केली. ही सुविधा आता त्या पॅन अर्जदारांसाठी उपलब्ध आहे ज्यांच्याकडे वैध आधार क्रमांक आहे आणि मोबाईल नंबर आधारकडे नोंदणीकृत आहे.

3. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has extended the tenure of Sandip Pradhan as Director General of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) by two years.
युवा कार्य व क्रीडा मंत्रालयाने भारतीय क्रीडा प्राधिकरणाचे (SAI) महासंचालक म्हणून संदीप प्रधान यांच्या कार्यकाळात दोन वर्षांची मुदतवाढ दिली आहे.

4. Long-distance runner Kiranjeet Kaur, who won the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K among the Indians last year, has been handed a four-year ban by World Athletics’ anti-doping body for returning positive for a banned substance in a test conducted in Doha.

गेल्या वर्षी भारतीयांमध्ये टाटा स्टील कोलकाता 25K जिंकणारी लांब पल्ल्याची धावपटू किरणजीत कौर यांना वर्ल्ड अ‍ॅथलेटिक्सच्या डोपिंग-विरोधी मंडळाने दोहा येथे झालेल्या चाचणीत बंदी घातलेल्या पदार्थासाठी सकारात्मक परत आल्याबद्दल चार वर्षांची बंदी घातली आहे.

5. Centre has approved 445 crore rupees for implementation of Jal=-Jeevan Mission in Chhattisgarh during 2020-21.
सन 2020-21 मध्ये छत्तीसगडमध्ये जल = जीवन अभियान राबविण्यासाठी केंद्राने 445 कोटी रुपये मंजूर केले आहेत.

6. Veteran lyricist Yogesh Gaur, known for his famous songs like ‘Kahin Door Jab Din Dhal Jaaye’ and ‘Zindagi Kaisi Hai Paheli’ in ‘Anand’, passed away. He was 77.
‘आनंद’ मधील ‘कभी दूर जब दिन ढल जाए’ आणि ‘जिंदगी कैसी है पहाली’ या त्यांच्या प्रसिद्ध गाण्यांसाठी प्रसिद्ध ज्येष्ठ गीतकार योगेश गौर यांचे निधन झाले. ते 77 वर्षांचे होते.

7. Rajya Sabha MP Veerendra Kumar passed away at the age of 84 in Kozhikode due to cardiac arrest.
राज्यसभेचे खासदार वीरेंद्र कुमार यांचे हृदय वियोगामुळे कोझिकोडे येथे वयाच्या 84 व्या वर्षी निधन झाले.
