Educational Qualification:

1. Post No.1: (i) Possess University Degree, preference being given to candidates possessing Degree in Law. This condition of University Degree may be relaxed if the candidate is already working for not less than 5 years as Lower Grade Stenographer in the High Court or in any other Court or Tribunal or in the office of Advocate General or Government Pleader (ii) Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. Or Credible Institute for Speed of 100 words per minute in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing. (iii) Possess Computer Certificate as to proficiency in operation of Word Processor, M. S. Office, M. S. Word, Open Office Writer obtained from: a) Universities established under the Goa/ Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. b) Goa/Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education c) NIC d) DOEACC e) APTECH f) NIIT g) C-DAC h) DATAPRO i) SSI j) BOSTON k) CEDIT l) MS-CIT  (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
2. Post No.2: (i) Possess University Degree in languages viz. English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarathi, preference being given to candidates who are holders of Degree in Law.  (ii) Possess knowledge in operating Computer i.e. MSCIT Certificate or DOEACC’s, CCC, O, A, B or C level Certificate or CDAC’s 6 months Diploma Certificate or Degree or Diploma in Computer Application from Recognized University/ Credible Institution. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
3. Post No.3: (i) Possess University Degree, preference being given to the holders of Degree in Law. (ii) Must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. Or Credible Institute for English Typing with Speed of 40 words per minute. (iii) Possess knowledge in operating Computer i.e. MSCIT Certificate or DOEACC’s, CCC, O, A, B or C level Certificate or CDAC’s 6 months Diploma Certificate or Degree or Diploma in Computer Application from Recognized University/ Credible Institution. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
4. Post Mo.4:  (i) Should have passed at least IV Standard Examination.  (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
