1. The Financial Intelligence Unit India (FIU-IND) has issued show cause notices to 9 offshore cryptocurrency and virtual digital assets service providers (VDA SPs) including Binance Kucoin, Huobi for not being compliant with the requisite provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
फायनान्शियल इंटेलिजेंस युनिट इंडिया (FIU-IND) ने Binance Kucoin, Huobi सह 9 ऑफशोर क्रिप्टोकरन्सी आणि आभासी डिजिटल मालमत्ता सेवा प्रदाते (VDA SPs) यांना प्रिव्हेन्शन ऑफ मनी लाँडरिंग कायद्याच्या आवश्यक तरतुदींचे पालन न केल्याबद्दल कारणे दाखवा नोटीस बजावली आहे.
