| 1. Nagpur, Maharashtra’s Oxygen Bird Park (Amrit Mahotsav Park) was recently opened by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. Along the Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway-44, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) created this eco-friendly project.
नागपूर, महाराष्ट्रातील ऑक्सिजन बर्ड पार्क (अमृत महोत्सव पार्क) नुकतेच रस्ते वाहतूक आणि महामार्ग मंत्रालयाने उघडले. नागपूर-हैदराबाद राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग-44 वर, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरणाने (NHAI) हा पर्यावरणपूरक प्रकल्प तयार केला आहे. |
| 2. China did not agree with the recent name change of a hill in Arunachal Pradesh to “Tsangyang Gyatso Peak” in honour of the 6th Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso. China said that the name of the peak was wrong and that it was happening on “Chinese territory.”सहाव्या दलाई लामा, त्सांगयांग ग्यात्सो यांच्या सन्मानार्थ अरुणाचल प्रदेशातील एका टेकडीचे अलीकडेच नाव बदलून “त्सांगयांग ग्यात्सो पीक” हे चीनला मान्य नव्हते. शिखराचे नाव चुकीचे असून ते ‘चीनच्या भूभागावर’ होत असल्याचे चीनने म्हटले आहे. |

| 4. India passed Japan to become the third-largest power in the world, according to the Asia Power Index 2024. This shows how important India is becoming in world politics. India’s strong place as a leading force in the area is strengthened by its fast growth, large and young population, and growing economy.
एशिया पॉवर इंडेक्स 2024 नुसार भारताने जपानला मागे टाकून जगातील तिसरी सर्वात मोठी शक्ती बनली आहे. यावरून जागतिक राजकारणात भारत किती महत्त्वाचा होत आहे हे दिसून येते. या क्षेत्रातील एक प्रमुख शक्ती म्हणून भारताचे स्थान जलद वाढ, मोठी आणि तरुण लोकसंख्या आणि वाढती अर्थव्यवस्था यामुळे मजबूत झाले आहे. |
| 5. The 57th meeting of the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) Executive Committee (EC) recently cleared important projects in several states. The goal of these projects was to protect and clean up the Ganga River and to hold IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) events during Mahakumbh 2025.नॅशनल मिशन फॉर क्लीन गंगा (NMCG) कार्यकारी समिती (EC) च्या 57 व्या बैठकीत अलीकडेच अनेक राज्यांमधील महत्त्वाच्या प्रकल्पांना मंजुरी देण्यात आली. या प्रकल्पांचे उद्दिष्ट गंगा नदीचे संरक्षण आणि स्वच्छता आणि महाकुंभ 2025 दरम्यान IEC (माहिती, शिक्षण आणि संप्रेषण) कार्यक्रम आयोजित करणे हे होते. |
| 6. Kerala is ranked first in the Urban Governance Index (UGI) by the Praja Foundation. This is because it is very good at planning and handling money at the local level. But the study also shows that Kerala can do better in some areas, especially when it comes to running the cities.
