1. The Ministry of Home Affairs extended the ban on the Students Islamic Movement of India by five more years. The Ministry said SIMI was declared an “unlawful association” under the Unlawful Activities Act, 1967.
गृह मंत्रालयाने स्टुडंट इस्लामिक मूव्हमेंट ऑफ इंडियावर पाच वर्षापर्यंत बंदी घातली. मंत्रालयाने म्हटले आहे की, बेकायदेशीर क्रियाकलाप कायदा, 1967 च्या अंतर्गत सिमीला “बेकायदेशीर संघटना” घोषित करण्यात आले आहे.

2. Sanjiv Ranjan Appointed as The Ambassador of India to The Republic of Colombia.
कोलंबिया गणराज्यमध्ये भारताचे राजदूत म्हणून संजीव रंजन यांची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे.

3. The Mizoram Government issued an order to ban the import of pigs and piglets because there is a possibility of an outbreak of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome.
मिझोरम सरकारने डुकरांना व डुकरांच्या पिलांना आयात करण्यावर बंदी घातली कारण पोर्सीन रीप्रोडक्टिव्ह आणि रेस्पिरेटरी सिंड्रोमचा उद्रेक होण्याची शक्यता आहे.

4. The Cooperatives Department of Maharashtra has decided to appoint managers at six major cities across the country to enhance agribusiness between cooperatives in Maharashtra and other States.
महाराष्ट्रातील सहकारी विभागांनी महाराष्ट्र आणि इतर राज्यांमधील सहकारी संस्था यांच्यात कृषी व्यवसाय वाढविण्यासाठी देशभरातील सहा प्रमुख शहरांमध्ये व्यवस्थापकांची नियुक्ती करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

5. The study published by the Researchers of the Washington University of the US published in the journal Science has found that sleep deprivation may increase the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
अमेरिकेच्या वॉशिंग्टन विद्यापीठाच्या संशोधकांनी प्रकाशित केलेल्या अभ्यासात प्रकाशित झाले आहे की विज्ञानाने असे म्हटले आहे की झोप कमी होणे अल्झायमर रोग विकसित होण्याची जोखीम वाढवते.

6. Yes Bank Senior group President and head of retail and business banking, Pralay Mondal resigned from his post
यस बँकेचे वरिष्ठ गट अध्यक्ष आणि रिटेल व बिझिनेस बॅंकिंगचे प्रमुख प्रलय मोंडल यांनी त्यांच्या पदावरून राजीनामा दिला.
