1. World Cancer Day is being observed every year on February 4 by the Union for International Cancer Control.
आंतरराष्ट्रीय कर्करोग नियंत्रण संघटनेमार्फत दरवर्षी 4 फेब्रुवारी रोजी जागतिक कर्करोग दिन पाळला जातो.

2. State-owned electricity producer NTPC Ltd today announced it had signed a 750 million dollar syndicated loan in Japanese Yen. The proceeds will channelize to fund programs to reduce emissions from power plants and hydro projects.
सरकारी मालकीच्या वीज उत्पादक एनटीपीसी लिमिटेडने आज जाहीर केले की जपानी येनमध्ये त्यांनी 750 दशलक्ष डॉलर्सच्या सिंडिकेट कर्जावर स्वाक्षरी केली. उर्जा प्रकल्प आणि जलविद्युत प्रकल्पांमधून होणारे उत्सर्जन कमी करण्यासाठी मिळालेला निधी निधीच्या कार्यक्रमांना मंजूर होईल.

3. Amitabh Bhatt has taken over as Chief Executive Officer of Bengaluru-headquartered safeguard PSU, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’s Bangalore Complex.

4. The UK has officially left the European Union membership. Most EU laws will continue to be in force until 31st December.

5. State-owned Bank of Baroda has signed a pact with Care Ratings to assess credit quality of its small and medium enterprises (SME) customers.
राज्य शासनाच्या बँक ऑफ बडोदाने आपल्या लघु व मध्यम उद्योगांच्या (एसएमई) ग्राहकांच्या पत गुणवत्तेचे मूल्यांकन करण्यासाठी केअर रेटिंग्जबरोबर करार केला आहे.

6. Delegates from over 60 countries including China, Russia, the UK and South Korea will participate in the upcoming DefExpo, India”s mega defence exhibition, which is being held in Lucknow from February 5-9.

9. Minister of North Eastern Development Dr. Jitendra Singh led the Ujh Multipurpose (National) Project, Jammu, and Kashmir On February 3, 2020. The gathering was gone to by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Ministry of Power and different officials from state legislature of Punjab The Meeting held to quick track total usage of India’s privileges under the Indus Water Treaty. The project planned to built across River Ujh, a tributary of River Ravi.
उत्तर पूर्व विकास मंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्रसिंग यांनी 3 फेब्रुवारी 2020 रोजी उझ बहुउद्देशीय प्रकल्प, जम्मू आणि काश्मीरचे नेतृत्व केले. जलशक्ती मंत्रालय, ऊर्जा मंत्रालय आणि राज्य विधानसभेच्या वेगवेगळ्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी हा मेळावा घेतला होता. सिंधू जल कराराअंतर्गत भारताच्या विशेषाधिकारांच्या एकूण वापराचा मागोवा घेण्यासाठी पंजाब बैठक आयोजित केली. या प्रकल्पाने उझ नदी ओलांडून रवी नदीची उपनदी तयार करण्याचे नियोजन केले.

10. Eminent novelist and short storyteller Dr Dalip Kaur Tiwana died in Mohali. She was 84.
प्रख्यात कादंबरीकार आणि लघुकथा कथाकार डॉ. दलीप कौर टिवाना यांचे मोहाली येथे निधन झाले. त्या 84 वर्षांच्या होत्या.
