| 1. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed between Kuwait and India in order to strengthen their partnership. During the official visit of Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, to India, this agreement established a Joint Commission for Cooperation (JCC) at the foreign ministers’ level.
