1. PM Narendra Modi has announced that the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award will be renamed as the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी राजीव गांधी खेल रत्न पुरस्काराचे नाव बदलून मेजर ध्यानचंद खेल रत्न पुरस्कार देण्याची घोषणा केली आहे.

2. India has emphasised implementing the recently-signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh over disaster management, resilience and mitigation on a precedence basis.

4. Nearly 22 Rhinos have been killed in Assam by poachers since 2017. The government of India had set up ten fast-track sessions courts over the years for speedy trials of wildlife-related crimes.
