1. Jharkhand has been the first state in the country to introduce the ‘Vidhwa Punarvivah Protsahan Yojana’ (Widow Remarriage Incentive Scheme), marking a significant and innovative step. Under this programme, women who opt to marry again following the demise of their spouses would be granted a government incentive of Rs. 2 lakh. The initiative was inaugurated by Chief Minister Champai Soren on March 6, 2024.
‘विधवा पुनर्विवाह प्रोत्साहन योजना’ (विधवा पुनर्विवाह प्रोत्साहन योजना) सादर करणारे झारखंड हे देशातील पहिले राज्य ठरले आहे, जे एक महत्त्वपूर्ण आणि नाविन्यपूर्ण पाऊल आहे. या कार्यक्रमांतर्गत ज्या महिलांनी आपल्या जोडीदाराच्या निधनानंतर पुन्हा लग्न करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला, त्यांना रु.चे सरकारी प्रोत्साहन दिले जाईल. 2 लाख. 6 मार्च 2024 रोजी मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन यांच्या हस्ते या उपक्रमाचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले.

2. The tourist relationship between Dubai and India is characterised by a strong cultural connection and strong commercial links. In recognition of this long-lasting alliance, Dubai will be holding the India by the Creek event from March 8 to 10, 2024.
The event, organised by Dubai Duty-Free in partnership with the Indian Consulate General, aims to commemorate the deep historical connections between India and the Dubai Emirate.

3. The Indian government plans to sell a 7% share in NLC India Ltd., a state-owned lignite producer, via the offer-for-sale (OFS) method. This sale also includes a green shoe option of 2%. The Offer for transaction (OFS) is projected to generate around ₹2,058 crore, assuming that the 7% share is sold at the minimum price stipulated for this transaction.
ऑफर-फॉर-सेल (OFS) पद्धतीद्वारे सरकारी मालकीच्या लिग्नाइट उत्पादक NLC India Ltd. मधील 7% हिस्सा विकण्याची भारत सरकारची योजना आहे. या विक्रीमध्ये 2% च्या हिरव्या शूचा पर्याय देखील समाविष्ट आहे. व्यवहारासाठी ऑफर (OFS) अंदाजे ₹2,058 कोटी उत्पन्न करेल, असे गृहीत धरून की 7% शेअर या व्यवहारासाठी निर्धारित केलेल्या किमान किंमतीवर विकला जाईल.

4. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) are collaborating to dispatch rescue teams to mountainous areas along the India-China border. The objective of the effort is to train NDRF personnel for disaster response operations in the Himalayan ranges, specifically focusing on avalanches, landslides, and glacial lake outburst floods (GLOFs). The partnership is motivated by the worries expressed by experts over the expected rise in disasters in the Himalayas as a result of climate change and human actions.
नॅशनल डिझास्टर रिस्पॉन्स फोर्स (NDRF) आणि इंडो-तिबेट बॉर्डर पोलिस (ITBP) भारत-चीन सीमेवरील पर्वतीय भागात बचाव पथके पाठवण्यासाठी सहकार्य करत आहेत. हिमालय पर्वतरांगांमधील आपत्ती प्रतिसाद कार्यांसाठी NDRF कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रशिक्षण देणे, विशेषत: हिमस्खलन, भूस्खलन आणि हिमनदी सरोवराचा उद्रेक पूर (GLOFs) यावर लक्ष केंद्रित करणे हा या प्रयत्नांचा उद्देश आहे. हवामान बदल आणि मानवी कृतींमुळे हिमालयातील आपत्तींमध्ये अपेक्षित वाढ झाल्याबद्दल तज्ञांनी व्यक्त केलेल्या चिंतेमुळे ही भागीदारी प्रेरित आहे.

5. The housing aspect of Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyay Maha Abhiyaan (PM-JANMAN), which aims to provide homes for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs), is encountering substantial obstacles that are impeding its successful execution.

6. The Genome India Project, a venture financed and overseen by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), declared the successful completion of sequencing 10,000 genomes from individuals of Indian origin.
The Genome India Project (GIP) was launched by DBT on January 3, 2020. The initiative is spearheaded by the Centre for Brain Research at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, and entails cooperation with 20 universities.
जीनोम इंडिया प्रकल्प, बायोटेक्नॉलॉजी विभाग (DBT) द्वारे वित्तपुरवठा केलेला आणि देखरेख करणारा उपक्रम, भारतीय वंशाच्या व्यक्तींकडून 10,000 जीनोम अनुक्रमित करण्याचे यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण झाल्याचे घोषित केले.
जिनोम इंडिया प्रोजेक्ट (GIP) DBT द्वारे 3 जानेवारी 2020 रोजी लाँच करण्यात आला. बेंगळुरू येथील इंडियन इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ सायन्स येथील सेंटर फॉर ब्रेन रिसर्च या उपक्रमाचे नेतृत्व करत आहे आणि 20 विद्यापीठांचे सहकार्य आवश्यक आहे.
