1. The Madras High Court has nullified the election of a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Theni Parliamentary constituency in 2019. 2. Taiwan will open a new representative office, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC), in Mumbai, India. 5. China has introduced its first domestically developed open-source operating system called OpenKylin for computers. OpenKylin is expected to provide a secure and reliable alternative to existing operating systems and promote the development of a self-sufficient technology ecosystem in China.
चीनने कॉम्प्युटरसाठी ओपनकायलिन नावाची पहिली स्थानिक पातळीवर विकसित केलेली ओपन-सोर्स ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम सादर केली आहे. या कार्यप्रणालीचा उद्देश देशाचा परदेशी तंत्रज्ञानावरील अवलंबित्व कमी करणे आणि त्याची सायबर सुरक्षा वाढवणे हे आहे. 6. The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has formed a five-member working group to implement the recommendations put forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) committee on the “working of the Asset Reconstruction Companies” (ARCs). The working group will focus on ensuring effective implementation of the committee’s suggestions to enhance the functioning of ARCs in India. This move by the IBA aims to strengthen the asset reconstruction framework and improve the resolution of stressed assets in the banking sector.
इंडियन बँक्स असोसिएशन (IBA) ने रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडिया (RBI) समितीने “मालमत्ता पुनर्रचना कंपन्यांच्या कामकाजावर” (ARCs) केलेल्या शिफारशींची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी पाच सदस्यीय कार्यगटाची स्थापना केली आहे. कार्यगट भारतातील ARC चे कार्यप्रणाली वाढविण्यासाठी समितीच्या सूचनांची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी सुनिश्चित करण्यावर भर देईल.
