1. Army launches ‘Mission Reach Out’ in Jammu, The Army has launched ‘Mission Reach Out’ in Jammu to ensure basic necessities and essential services are available in the region.
जम्मूमध्ये सैन्याने ‘मिशन रीच आउट’ लॉंच केले आहे. या भागात मूलभूत गरजा व अत्यावश्यक सेवा उपलब्ध व्हाव्यात यासाठी सैन्याने जम्मूमध्ये ‘मिशन रीच आउट’ सुरू केली आहे.

2. The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) announced that its ‘Madadgaar Helpline’ number 14411 was restored after it went inactive due to communication disruption in Jammu and Kashmir.
जम्मू-काश्मीरमधील संप्रेषणाच्या व्यत्ययामुळे निष्क्रिय झालेल्या केंद्रीय ‘रिझर्व्ह पोलिस दला’ने (CRPF) घोषणा केली की त्यांची’ मदतगार हेल्पलाईन क्रमांक 14411 सेवा पुन्हा सुरू झाली.

3. With the President’s assent to the newly passed Jammu and Kashmir Re-organisation Act comes into effect, the two newly created Union Territories Jammu &Kashmir and Ladakh will officially come into existence on October 31.

5. Mountaineers discovered the Kajin Sara lake in Manang district of Nepal few months ago. This lake in Nepal has set a new record of being the world’s highest lake and replaced Tilicho Lake of Nepal.

6. Saudi Aramco is the world’s most profitable company and paid out almost all its net income in dividends. The corporate titans such as Apple Inc., Amazon.com Inc., and other big oil producers, many of which suffered larger declines in profit as output and crude prices fell.
