1. Airports Authority of India (AAI) signed three concession agreements with Adani Enterprises for operations, management, and development of Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Mangaluru airports.
एअरपोर्ट ॲथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडियाने (AAI) अहमदाबाद, लखनऊ आणि मंगलुरू विमानतळांच्या ऑपरेशन्स, व्यवस्थापन आणि विकासासाठी अदानी एंटरप्रायजेसशी तीन सवलती करारांवर स्वाक्षरी केली.

2. The Department of Military Affairs, headed by Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, will have three joint secretaries from the Army, Navy and the Air Force.

3. The Cabinet has given its nod to Major Ports Authority Bill that will replace a 1963 law governing country’s 12 major ports.

4. Retail inflation jumped to over five-and-a-half-year high of 7.59 per cent in January on persistently high prices of vegetables, pulses and protein-rich meat and fish.

5. Ajay Patel will succeed P R Venketrama Raja as the new president of the All India Chess Federation (AICF) after being elected unopposed along with incumbent secretary Bharat Singh Chauhan.

6. Renowned fashion designer Wendell Rodricks died in Colvale village in Goa. He was 59.
सुप्रसिद्ध फॅशन डिझायनर वेंडेल रॉड्रिक्स यांचे गोव्यातील कोळवळे गावात निधन झाले. ते 59 वर्षांचे होते.
