1. The Ministry of Mines organized the 4th National Conclave on Mines & Minerals at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan was the chief guest of the conclave.
खाण मंत्रालयाने इंदोर, मध्य प्रदेश येथे खाण व खनिज यांवरील चौथ्या राष्ट्रीय परिषदेचे आयोजन केले होते. मध्यप्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान हे परिषदेचे प्रमुख पाहुणे होते.

2. Sulabh International introduced the concept of ‘Sulabh Sauchalaya’ in India, which is cost-effective innovative water project to provide the cheapest drinking water in the world, only in 50paisa/ liter. The first of such a water project was launched in Bihar’s Darbhanga district, Haribol Pond.
सुलभ इंटरनॅशनलने भारतातील ‘सुलभ शौचालय’ ची संकल्पना सुरू केली, जी जगातील सर्वात स्वस्त पेय पाणी  केवळ 50 पैसे / लिटर मध्ये पुरवणारा अनुभव प्रकल्प आहे.बिहारचे दरभंगा जिल्ह्यात हाइबोल तलाव प्रथम जलप्रकल्प सुरू करण्यात आला.

3.  India has become the Vice-Chair, Regional head, of the Asia Pacific Region of  World Customs Organisation (WCO) for a period of two years, from July 2018 to June 2020.
भारत दोन वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी जुलै 2018 पासून जून 2020 पर्यंत वर्ल्ड ट्रेड ऑर्गनायझेशन (डब्ल्यूसीओ) च्या आशिया पॅसिफिक विभागातील प्रादेशिक प्रमुख बनला आहे.

4. The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation launched the Swachh Survekshan Gramin 2018 in New Delhi.
पेयजल आणि स्वच्छता मंत्रालयाने नवी दिल्ली येथे स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण ग्रामीण 2018  लाँच केले.

5. The U.N. General Assembly has elected Iceland for the U.N. Human Rights Council (UNHRC), filling the seat vacated by the United States, which withdrew from UNHRC last month.
यूएन महासभेने संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार परिषदेसाठी (यूएनएचआरसी) अमेरिकेने रिक्त जागा भरण्यासाठी आइसलँडची निवड केली आहे, जी गेल्या महिन्यात यूएनएचआरसीकडून काढून घेण्यात आली होती.

6. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for important projects, cumulatively worth over Rs. 900 crores in Varanasi.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी वाराणसीमध्ये 900 कोटी किमतींच्या महत्त्वाच्या प्रकल्पांसाठी पायाभरणी केली.

7. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to eastern Uttar Pradesh during which he will inaugurate development projects worth about Rs 28,000 crore. The government aims to double farmers’ income by 2022 and end the divide between the rich and the poor.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेशच्या दौऱ्यावर आहेत आणि या काळात त्यांनी सुमारे 28,000 कोटींच्या विकास प्रकल्पांचे उद्घाटन केले 2022 पर्यंत शेतक-यांची उत्पत्ती दुप्पट करण्याचे आणि श्रीमंतांमधील गरीबांमधील अंतर कमी करण्याचा सरकारचा हेतू आहे.

8. NITI Aayog is working on a proposal to replace LPG subsidy with cooking subsidy to extend the benefit to people using piped natural gas and biofuels for cooking.

नीति आयोग स्वयंपाकासाठी पाईप नॅचरल गॅस आणि बायोफॉयलचा उपयोग करणार्या लोकांना लाभ देण्यासाठी एलपीजी सब्सिडीला स्वयंपाकाच्या सब्सिडीसह बदल करण्याचा प्रस्तावावर काम करीत आहे.

9. France defeated first-time finalists Croatia 4-2 in 2018 FIFA World Cup final, held in Moscow, Russia.
मॉस्को, रशिया येथे झालेल्या 2018 च्या फिफा विश्वचषक स्पर्धेच्या अंतिम सामन्यात फ्रान्सने क्रोएशियाला 4-2 असे हरविले.

10.  Former Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Kanu Gohain died. He was 68.
नागरी विमानवाहतूक (डीजीसीए) चे माजी महासंचालक कनु गोहेन यांचे निधन झाले. ते 68 वर्षांचे होते.
