2. On the occasion of Ayurveda Day celebrations, Ministry of AYUSH is organising First National Summit on Invest in AYUSH at Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi on 4th November, 2018.

3. MJ Akbar, Minister of State For External Affairs, has resigned from his post in the wake of allegations of sexual harassment made by several women against him.
परराष्ट्र व्यवहार मंत्री एमजे अकबर यांनी त्यांच्याविरोधात अनेक महिलांच्या लैंगिक छळाच्या आरोपांमुळे आपल्या पदावरून राजीनामा दिला आहे.

4. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on released guidelines to facilitate payments among different mobile wallets, a move aimed at promoting digital transactions. The interoperability would be achieved in a phased manner such as interoperability of PPIs issued in the form of wallets through UPI, between wallets and bank accounts through UPI, and interoperability for PPIs issued in the form of cards through card networks.
डिजिटल ट्रान्झॅक्शन्सचा प्रचार करण्याच्या हेतूने विविध मोबाइल वॉलेट्समध्ये पैसे देण्यास सोयीसाठी रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने (आरबीआय) दिशानिर्देश जारी केले. इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी एक टप्प्याटप्प्याने प्राप्त होईल जसे यूपीआयच्या माध्यमातून वॉलेट्सच्या स्वरूपात जारी केलेल्या पीपीआयची इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी, यूपीआयच्या माध्यमातून वॉलेट्स आणि बँक खात्यांमध्ये आणि कार्ड नेटवर्क्सद्वारे कार्डच्या स्वरुपात जारी केलेल्या पीपीआयसाठी इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी.

5. Arundhati Bhattacharya, former chairman of State Bank of India (SBI), is appointed as additional director, designated as independent director, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI)च्या  माजी अध्यक्षा अरुंधती भट्टाचार्य यांना रिलायन्स इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (RIL)च्या  स्वतंत्र संचालक, म्हणून नियुक्त करण्यात आले आहे.

6. Canada Becomes 2nd Country To Legalize Recreational Cannabis. Canadians can now grow up to four plants in their own home and carry up to 30 grams of dried cannabis for personal use.
मनोरंजक कॅनाबीज कायदेशीर करणारा  कॅनडा दुसरा देश ठरला आहे. कॅनेडियन आता त्यांच्या स्वत: च्या घरामध्ये चार वनस्पतींपर्यंत वाढू शकतात आणि वैयक्तिक वापरासाठी 30 ग्रॅम सुक्या कॅनॅबिस बाळगू शकतात.

8.  U.S.-headquartered VMware, a subsidiary of Dell Technologies, announced plans to invest $2 billion in India over the next five years.
डेल टेक्नॉलॉजीजच्या उपकंपनी असलेल्या यू.एस. मुख्यालयातील व्हीएमवेअरने पुढील पाच वर्षांत भारतात 2 अब्ज डॉलर्सची गुंतवणूक करण्याची योजना जाहीर केली.

9. Despite the government and Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) crackdown on cryptocurrency in India, virtual currency exchange Unocoin has installed a currency deposit and dispensing ATM at Kemp Fort Mall in Bengaluru.
