1. The 7th China International Technology Fair opened in Shanghai. It is a national-level professional fair focused on international technology trade.
7 व्या चीन आंतरराष्ट्रीय तंत्रज्ञान मेळावा शांघाय मध्ये सुरु झाला आहे. आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवरील व्यापारावर लक्ष केंद्रित करणारे हे एक राष्ट्रीय-स्तरीय व्यावसायिक मेळावा आहे.

2. India has rebuilt Choephel Kundeling Monastery in Nepal. The Monastery has been reconstructed with Government of India grant of 18.9 million Nepalese rupees.
नेपाळमध्ये भारताने चोपेल कुंडलिंग मठाची पुनर्बांधणी केली आहे. या मठाची पुनर्बांधणी भारत सरकारच्या 18.9 दशलक्ष नेपाळी रुपयांच्या अनुदानाने केली गेली आहे.

3. A book containing English translation of the 100-year-old classic Punjabi poem about Jallianwala Bagh massacre, ‘Khooni Vaisakhi’ has been released in Abu Dhabi.
जालियनवाला बाग हत्याकांड, ‘खुनी वैशाखी’ या 100 वर्षांच्या जुन्या क्लासिक पंजाबी कवितांचे इंग्रजी भाषांतर असलेले पुस्तक, अबू धाबीमध्ये प्रसिद्ध झाले आहे.

4.  India and France are all set to hold their largest-ever naval exercise with aircraft carriers, destroyers, submarines and fighters early May as part of their expanding strategic partnership. The exercise has been christened ‘Varuna’ and will take place off Goa and Karwar from 1 May 2019.
भारत आणि फ्रान्स आपल्या विस्तारीत सामरिक साहाय्याने भाग म्हणून विमान वाहक, विध्वंसक, पाणबुडी आणि लढवय्यांसह त्यांच्या सर्वात मोठ्या नौसैनिक सराव अभ्यासाकरीता  सज्ज आहेत. सराव अभ्यासाला  ‘वरुणा’ असे नामांकित करण्यात आले आहे आणि ते 1 मे 2019 पासून गोवा आणि करवार येथे आयोजित केले आहे.

5. Union cabinet approved the sanction of Rs 4315.15 crore for the 158 Central Educational Institutions (CEIs) for implementation of reservation in admission to students belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
आर्थिकदृष्ट्या कमकुवत विभाग (EWS) च्या विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश मिळण्यासाठी आरक्षण कार्यान्वित करण्यासाठी 158 सेंट्रल एज्युकेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट्स (सीईआय) साठी केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने 4315.15 कोटी रुपयांची मंजूरी दिली आहे.

6. Deutsche Bank appointed Kaushik Shaparia as the chief executive officer for India to succeed Ravneet Gill.

7. Terra Drone Corporation, a Tokyo-based industrial drone solutions provider along with its subsidiary Terra Drone India has signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) with IIT-Hyderabad.
टेरा ड्रोन कॉर्पोरेशन, टोकियो-आधारित औद्योगिक ड्रोन सॉल्यूशन्स प्रदाता त्याच्या सहाय्यक टेरा ड्रोन इंडियासह, आयआयटी-हैदराबादसह एक त्रिपक्षीय ज्ञापन (एमओयू) वर हस्ताक्षर केले आहे.

8. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) notified that Exim Bank has proffered soft loans worth 266.6$ million to Rwanda for various projects.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने (आरबीआय) अधिसूचित केले की, एक्वाइम बँकेने रुवांडाला विविध प्रकल्पांसाठी 266.6 दशलक्ष अमेरिकन डॉलर्सची सॉफ्ट लोन मंजूर केले आहे.

9. The World Health Organization (WHO) released new recommendations on 10 ways that countries can use digital health technology, accessible via mobile phones, tablets and computers, to improve people’s health and essential services.
जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेने (डब्लूएचओ) 10 दहा मार्गांनी नवीन शिफारसी जाहीर केल्या आहेत ज्यायोगे देश लोक आरोग्य आणि आवश्यक सेवा सुधारण्यासाठी मोबाइल फोन, टॅब्लेट आणि संगणकांद्वारे प्रवेश करण्यायोग्य डिजिटल आरोग्य तंत्रज्ञान वापरू शकतात.
