5. Private sector lender City Union Bank reappointed N Kamakodi as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank.

6. Former IAS officer Kapil Dev Tripathi has been appointed as the Secretary to President Ram Nath Kovind. His appointment was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
