2. International Tea Day is observed annually on May 21.

3. World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development is observed globally on 21 May every year.

5. Under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), the central government has approved the establishment of 22 new All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), six of which are already operational.
प्रधानमंत्री आरोग्य सुरक्षा योजना (PMSSY) अंतर्गत केंद्र सरकारने 22 नवीन अखिल भारतीय वैद्यकीय विज्ञान संस्था (एम्स) स्थापनेस मान्यता दिली असून त्यापैकी सहा कार्यरत आहेत.

8. According to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence, India is the second-largest insurance technology market in the Asia-Pacific, accounting for 35% of the region’s insurance technology-focused venture capital of US$3.66 billion
S&P ग्लोबल मार्केट इंटेलिजेंसच्या आकडेवारीनुसार, भारत आशिया-पॅसिफिकमधील दुसर्‍या क्रमांकाचा विमा तंत्रज्ञान बाजारपेठ आहे, जो या क्षेत्राच्या 35%,  3.66 अब्ज अमेरिकन डॉलरच्या विमा तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित उद्यम भांडवलाचा वाटा आहे.

9. Former Saurashtra pacer and BCCI referee Rajendrasinh Jadeja has died due to COVID-19. Jadeja was 66.
सौराष्ट्रचे माजी वेगवान गोलंदाज आणि बीसीसीआयचे रेफरी राजेंद्रसिंह जडेजा यांचे कोविड-19 मुळे निधन झाले आहे. जडेजा 66 वर्षांचे होते.

10. A total of 110 cadets of the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune were commissioned as officers into the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS).
पुण्यातील सशस्त्र सैन्य वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयाच्या (AFMC) एकूण 110 कॅडेट्सना सशस्त्र बल वैद्यकीय सेवा (AFMC) मध्ये अधिकारी म्हणून नेमणूक करण्यात आली.
