1. Indian researchers developed a gel which, when applied on the skin, can inhibit some pesticides from getting absorbed into the body. It thus averts serious adverse effects and even death.

2. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Space Apps challenge 2018 Hackathon has been organised at Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), Kudlu Gate campus, on Hosur Road.
