1. Adani Green Energy has signed definitive agreements with the Toronto-headquartered SkyPower Global to acquire 100 per cent stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV).

2. India has been ranked 139 out of 149 countries in the list of UN World Happiness Report 2021 released which is topped by Finland.

6. State-run Power Grid Corporation has signed a share purchase agreement with Jaiprakash Power Ventures to acquire 74 per cent stake in Jaypee Powergrid Ltd (JPPGL) for Rs 351.64 crore.
