1.BSNL Chairman Anupam Shrivastava announced that BSNL with Japan’s SoftBank and NTT Communications may launch 5G internet service and Internet of Things (IoT) technology by 2020 in India.

10. Filmmaker Kalpana Lajmi passed away after a long battle with kidney cancer. She was 64.
