1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated ‘Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav se Swarnim Bharat Ki Ore’ programme via video conferencing.

2. According to Facebook parent company Meta, its new “artificial intelligence supercomputer” will be the fastest across the world, by the middle of the year 2022.

3. The Central Government recently approved to build a plastic park at Ganjimutt, Managaluru, Karnataka. The park will be created at Rs 62.77 crores.
केंद्र सरकारने नुकतीच कर्नाटकातील गंजीमुत्त, मनागलुरु येथे प्लास्टिक पार्क बांधण्यास मंजुरी दिली आहे. 62.77 कोटी रुपये खर्चून हे उद्यान तयार करण्यात येणार आहे.

4. The World Bank recently approved a loan of thousand crores of rupees for the West Bengal government. The loan amount is to be used in implementing 400 programmes run by the state government.

5. The Government of India is to promote the use of drones in agriculture. For this, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare has amended the SMAM guidelines.

6. Government of Assam conferred its highest civilian award ‘Assam Baibhav’ on Ratan Tata, on January 24, 2022.

9. Government of Australia has bought copyright of Aboriginal flag, in order to free the identity symbol from fights over who can use it.

10. Eminent painter Wasim Kapoor died following cardiac arrest, his family members said. Kapoor was 71.
प्रख्यात चित्रकार वसीम कपूर यांचे हृदयविकाराच्या झटक्याने निधन झाले, असे त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांनी सांगितले. कपूर 71 वर्षांचे होते.
