1. India is gearing up to introduce its first hydrogen-powered trains, set to commence operations in the Jind district of Haryana by the end of 2023. The development of the hydrogen plant is in its final phase, with the production of hydrogen planned through water electrolysis. This move towards hydrogen-powered trains signifies India’s commitment to clean and sustainable transportation, reducing carbon emissions and promoting a greener future.
भारत 2023 च्या अखेरीस हरियाणाच्या जिंद जिल्ह्यात आपल्या पहिल्या हायड्रोजन-शक्तीवर चालणाऱ्या ट्रेन्स सादर करण्याच्या तयारीत आहे. हायड्रोजन प्लांटचा विकास अंतिम टप्प्यात आहे, जल इलेक्ट्रोलिसिसद्वारे हायड्रोजनचे उत्पादन नियोजित आहे. . हायड्रोजनवर चालणार्‍या गाड्यांच्या दिशेने ही वाटचाल स्वच्छ आणि शाश्वत वाहतूक, कार्बन उत्सर्जन कमी करण्यासाठी आणि हरित भविष्याला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी भारताची वचनबद्धता दर्शवते.

2. India and the USA have signed an agreement called the Artemis Accords. This agreement aims to enhance space exploration and expand it to Mars and other distant places. The Artemis Accords are led by the USA and focus on sending humans back to the moon by 2025.

4. The World Bank has approved a loan of USD 255.5 million to improve the quality of technical education in government-run institutions in India. जागतिक बँकेने भारतातील सरकारी संस्थांमधील तांत्रिक शिक्षणाचा दर्जा सुधारण्यासाठी USD 255.5 दशलक्ष कर्ज मंजूर केले आहे. या निधीचा वापर सरकारद्वारे चालवल्या जाणार्‍या अंदाजे 275 निवडक तांत्रिक संस्थांचे दर्जा सुधारण्यासाठी केला जाईल. हे कर्ज पाच वर्षांच्या कालावधीत असेल आणि देशातील तंत्रशिक्षण क्षेत्राची उन्नती करणे, तांत्रिक अभ्यासक्रम शिकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना चांगल्या संधी आणि कौशल्ये प्रदान करणे हे त्याचे उद्दिष्ट आहे.

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission (TNSRLM) to strengthen the development of Self Help Groups (SHGs) in the state. The collaboration aims to provide essential financial assistance and support to these SHGs, empowering them to become self-reliant and contribute to the rural economy. The partnership between IOB and TNSRLM will enhance access to credit, promote financial inclusion, and foster the growth of SHGs, enabling them to engage in various income-generating activities and uplift their livelihoods.
इंडियन ओव्हरसीज बँक (IOB) ने राज्यातील बचत गटांच्या (SHGs) विकासाला बळकटी देण्यासाठी तामिळनाडू राज्य ग्रामीण उपजीविका अभियान (TNSRLM) सोबत सामंजस्य करार (MoU) केला आहे. या स्वयंसहायता गटांना आवश्यक आर्थिक सहाय्य आणि सहाय्य प्रदान करणे, त्यांना स्वावलंबी होण्यासाठी आणि ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्थेत योगदान देण्यासाठी सक्षम बनवणे हे या सहकार्याचे उद्दिष्ट आहे.
