1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred the “Global Goalkeeper” award by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched by his government.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांना त्यांच्या सरकारने सुरू केलेल्या स्वच्छ भारत अभियानासाठी बिल आणि मेलिंडा गेट्स फाउंडेशनतर्फे “ग्लोबल गोलकीपर” पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आला.

2. President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated a seminar on Spirituality for Human and Social Development . The event held in New Delhi. This seminar is being organised by the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
भारताचे राष्ट्रपती श्री राम नाथ कोविंद यांनी मानव आणि सामाजिक विकासासाठी अध्यात्म विषयावरील चर्चासत्राचे उद्घाटन केले. नवी दिल्ली येथे हा कार्यक्रम झाला. महात्मा गांधी यांच्या 150 व्या जयंतीनिमित्त अहिंसा विश्व भारतीतर्फे हे चर्चासत्र आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे.

3. Punjab National Bank (PNB) launched a Preventive Vigilance (PV) portal on 25 September. The bank conducted a meeting at the PNB Corporate Office to promote vigilance awareness

4. Visa, the payment technology company, has signed up the world badminton champion Pusarla Venkata Sindhu as its brand ambassador for two years.
व्हिसा या पेमेंट टेक्नॉलॉजी कंपनीने जागतिक बॅडमिंटन चॅम्पियन पुसारला वेंकटा सिंधूला दोन वर्षांसाठी ब्रँड अ‍ॅम्बेसेडर म्हणून करार केला आहे.

5. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on sharply cut India’s growth forecast to 6.5 per cent for the current fiscal, weighed down by the GDP growth rate dipping to a six-year low in the first quarter.
एशियन डेव्हलपमेंट बँकेने (ADB) चालू आर्थिक वर्षातील भारताच्या वाढीच्या अंदाजात 6.5 टक्क्यांनी घट केली, जी पहिल्या तिमाहीत जीडीपीच्या वाढीच्या सहा वर्षांच्या नीचांइतकी होती.

6. The Reserve Bank of India has placed the Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative (PMC) Bank Limited, Mumbai under Directions. According to the Directions, depositors will be allowed to withdraw a sum not exceeding 1,000 rupees of the total balance in every savings bank account or current account or any other deposit account, subject to the conditions stipulated in the RBI Directions.
रिझर्व्ह बँकेने पंजाब आणि महाराष्ट्र कोऑपरेटिव्ह (PMC) बँक लिमिटेड, मुंबई यांना निर्देशांखाली आणले आहे. या निर्देशांनुसार ठेवीदारांना आरबीआयच्या निर्देशानुसार प्रत्येक बचत बँक खाते किंवा चालू खात्यात किंवा इतर कोणत्याही खात्यात एकूण शिल्लक असलेल्या रकमेमधून 1000 रुपयांपेक्षा जास्त रक्कम काढण्याची परवानगी नसेल.

7. Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has sought govt. to enact a new law to link Aadhaar to social media accounts of individuals. The current law enables the use of a unique identity for its schemes and subsidies.
युनिक आयडेंटिफिकेशन Authorityथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडियाने (यूआयडीएआय) सरकारला मागणी केली आहे की, व्यक्तींच्या सोशल मीडिया अकाउंटला आधार जोडण्यासाठी नवीन कायदा करावा. सध्याचा कायदा त्याच्या योजना आणि अनुदानासाठी वापरण्यासाठी विशिष्ट ओळख सक्षम करते.

8. BSNL launched a new Super Star 500 broadband plan that offers 500GB data at up to 50Mbps speed per month. This plan also offers complimentary subscription of Hotstar.

9. The President of Athletics Federation of India, Adille Sumariwalla was re-elected as member of the Council of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) for a second four-year term.
अ‍ॅथलेटिक्स फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष अ‍ॅडिल सुमिरवाला यांना दुसर्‍या चार वर्षांच्या कार्यकाळासाठी आंतरराष्ट्रीय ॲथलेटिक्स फेडरेशनच्या (IAAF) परिषदेचे सदस्य म्हणून पुन्हा निवडण्यात आले आहे.

10. International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) honoured the former Indian athlete and Olympian PT Usha with the prestigious IAAF Veteran Pin Award.
इंटरनॅशनल असोसिएशन ऑफ अ‍ॅथलेटिक्स फेडरेशनने (IAAF) माजी भारतीय ॲथलिट आणि ऑलिम्पियन पीटी उषा यांना प्रतिष्ठित IAAF वेटरन पिन पुरस्कार देऊन गौरविले.
