| 1. Recent tax exemptions from the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has gone toward the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG). Under clause 46A of section 10 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, this action lets NMCG be acknowledged as an authority. This exemption is vital as it relieves NMCG’s tax obligations thereby allowing it to concentrate on its main goal of revitalising the Ganga River.
केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर मंडळाने (CBDT) अलिकडेच दिलेल्या कर सवलती राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ गंगा अभियान (NMCG) साठी वापरल्या आहेत. आयकर कायदा, १९६१ च्या कलम १० च्या कलम ४६अ अंतर्गत, ही कारवाई NMCG ला एक अधिकार म्हणून मान्यता देते. ही सवलत अत्यंत महत्त्वाची आहे कारण ती NMCG च्या कर दायित्वांपासून मुक्त होते ज्यामुळे ते गंगा नदीचे पुनरुज्जीवन करण्याच्या मुख्य ध्येयावर लक्ष केंद्रित करू शकते. |

This technique outperformed traditional methods in reducing CMV viral load by up to 80%.

अर्थ मंत्रालयाच्या अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या महसूल विभागाने भारतीय सायबर गुन्हे समन्वय केंद्र (I4C) ला मनी लाँडरिंग प्रतिबंधक कायदा (PMLA), 2002 च्या कक्षेत आणले आहे, विशेषतः कलम 66 अंतर्गत, जेणेकरून बेकायदेशीर पैशांच्या गुन्ह्यांचा शोध घेता येईल आणि आंतरराष्ट्रीय सायबर घोटाळ्यांशी लढता येईल. |
