1. According to the NITI Aayog’s annual ‘health index’ for the Covid year of 2020-21, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana have emerged as the top performers among the ‘larger states’. These states have shown commendable performance in terms of healthcare infrastructure, healthcare delivery, and overall health outcomes despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Their efforts and initiatives have contributed to better healthcare services and outcomes for their populations during this period.
NITI आयोगाच्या 2020-21 च्या कोविड वर्षासाठी वार्षिक ‘आरोग्य निर्देशांक’ नुसार, केरळ, तामिळनाडू आणि तेलंगणा ‘मोठ्या राज्यांमध्ये’ अव्वल कामगिरी करणारे म्हणून उदयास आले आहेत. या राज्यांनी कोविड-19 साथीच्या आजाराने उभ्या केलेल्या आव्हानांना न जुमानता आरोग्यसेवा पायाभूत सुविधा, आरोग्यसेवा वितरण आणि एकूण आरोग्य परिणामांच्या बाबतीत प्रशंसनीय कामगिरी दाखवली आहे. त्यांचे प्रयत्न आणि पुढाकार या काळात त्यांच्या लोकसंख्येसाठी चांगल्या आरोग्य सेवा आणि परिणामांमध्ये योगदान देत आहेत.
2. IRDAI has assigned states and union territories to insurers to increase insurance coverage in India under the “Vision Insurance for All” initiative by 2047.
IRDAI ने 2047 पर्यंत “सर्वांसाठी व्हिजन इन्शुरन्स” उपक्रमांतर्गत भारतातील विमा संरक्षण वाढवण्यासाठी राज्ये आणि केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांना विमा कंपन्यांना नियुक्त केले आहे.
3. The yield on the 10-year government security (G-sec) in India has decreased, prompting retail investors to reconsider their investment strategy.
भारतातील 10 वर्षांच्या सरकारी सुरक्षा (G-sec) वरील उत्पन्न कमी झाले आहे, ज्यामुळे किरकोळ गुंतवणूकदारांना त्यांच्या गुंतवणूक धोरणाचा पुनर्विचार करण्यास प्रवृत्त केले आहे.
4. On May 28, 2023, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the new Parliament House in New Delhi. As part of the ceremony, he also installed the Sengol with Nandi in the Lok Sabha chamber.
28 मे 2023 रोजी पंतप्रधान मोदींनी नवी दिल्लीत नवीन संसद भवनाचे उद्घाटन केले. समारंभाचा एक भाग म्हणून त्यांनी लोकसभेच्या दालनात नंदीसह सेंगोलची स्थापनाही केली.
5. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the voluntary Scheme of Amalgamation of Maratha Sahakari Bank with The Cosmos Co-operative Bank. This merger will be effective from May 29, 2023.
भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (RBI) मराठा सहकारी बँकेच्या कॉसमॉस को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बँकेसोबत विलीनीकरणाच्या ऐच्छिक योजनेला मान्यता दिली आहे. हे विलीनीकरण 29 मे 2023 पासून लागू होईल.
6. Indian Bank has recently entered into an agreement with Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL) to become its Clearing and Settlement Bank. This partnership aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clearing and settlement operations.
इंडियन बँकेने अलीकडेच इंडियन क्लिअरिंग कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (ICCL) सोबत तिची क्लिअरिंग आणि सेटलमेंट बँक बनण्यासाठी करार केला आहे. क्लिअरिंग आणि सेटलमेंट ऑपरेशन्सची कार्यक्षमता आणि परिणामकारकता वाढवणे हे या भागीदारीचे उद्दिष्ट आहे.
