1. National Small Industry Day is observed every year on August 30, to recognise the value of small businesses existing in India.
भारतात अस्तित्वात असलेल्या छोट्या व्यवसायांचे मूल्य ओळखण्यासाठी दरवर्षी 30 ऑगस्ट रोजी राष्ट्रीय लघु उद्योग दिन साजरा केला जातो.

2. Recently, on the directions of the Supreme Court, Noida’s famous Twin Towers (Apex (32 floors) and Cyan (29 floors)) were blown up and demolished. This twin tower was built by Supertech.

4. The Indian Coast Guard recently conducted its biennial National Maritime Search and Rescue Exercise SAREX 22 off the Chennai coast

5. Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently inaugurated the ‘Smriti Van’ memorial built on the outskirts of Bhuj city in Kutch district of Gujarat in memory of the 2001 earthquake victims.
