क्रीडा पात्रता: ऍथलेटिक्स, तिरंदाजी बास्केटबॉल बॉक्सिंग, डायव्हिंग, फुटबॉल, तलवारबाजी, जिम्नॅस्टिक्स, हॉकी, हँडबॉल, कबड्डी. ज्यांनी वर नमूद केलेल्या कोणत्याही खेळ आणि खेळांमध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे प्रतिनिधित्व केले आहे:- (ए) व्यक्ती राष्ट्रीय स्पर्धांमध्ये राज्याचे प्रतिनिधित्व करून कनिष्ठ/वरिष्ठ स्तरावर पदक विजेता असावी किंवा आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर (इंडल इव्हेंट) देशाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केले असेल. (ab) व्यक्तीने कनिष्ठ/वरिष्ठ स्तरावर (सांघिक स्पर्धा) राष्ट्रीय किंवा आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पर्धांमध्ये राज्य किंवा देशाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केलेले असावे. (ac) वैयक्तिक खेळो इंडिया गेम्स आणि युथ गेम्समध्ये पदक विजेता असावा.
