About UPSC CMSThe Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) administers the UPSC CMS (Combined Medical Services) test to recruit medical personnel for various government agencies. Here are some broad details on UPSC CMS hiring: 1. Eligibility: A candidate must hold an MBBS from an accredited university in order to be eligible for UPSC CMS.
