1. The Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell is the data backbone of the Union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. It recently celebrated its 22nd foundation day. It was inaugurated on 3rd April 2002, PPAC has been instrumental in maintaining a reliable and comprehensive database on the Indian oil and gas sector.

2. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is the regulatory body responsible for monitoring and regulating the telecommunications sector in India. Established in 1997, TRAI’s primary objective is to ensure that the interests of consumers are protected and that there is fair competition in the market.
