1. The Air Force Day is celebrated every year on October 8, the day Indian Air Force was officially established in 1932.
दरवर्षी 8 ऑक्टोबर रोजी वायु सेना दिवस केला जातो. 1932 मध्ये याच दिवशी भारतीय वायु सैन्याची  अधिकृतपणे स्थापना झाली होती.

2. The first-ever World Cotton Day (WCD) was hosted by the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva on October 7, 2019.
7 व्या ऑक्टोबर 2019 रोजी जिनिव्हा येथे जागतिक व्यापार संघटनेने (WTO) पहिल्यांदाच जागतिक कापूस दिन (WCD) आयोजित केला होता.

3. Continuing India’s engagement with Africa, the Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu will embark on a tour to Comoros and Sierra Leone on October 10.
आफ्रिकेबरोबर भारताचे संबंध कायम ठेवून भारताचे उपराष्ट्रपती श्री. एम. वेंकैया नायडू 10 ऑक्टोबरला कोमोरोस आणि सिएरा लिओनच्या दौर्‍यावर जाणार आहेत.

4. The National Health Authority (NHA) has joined hands with Google to collaborate and strengthen the implementation of the government’s flagship health scheme, Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).
राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य प्राधिकरणाने (NHA) सरकारची प्रमुख आरोग्य योजना, आयुष्मान भारत-प्रधानमंत्री -जन आरोग्य योजना (AB PM-JAY) च्या अंमलबजावणीला सहकार्य आणि बळकटी देण्यासाठी गूगलशी हातमिळवणी केली आहे.

5. Dr Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare launched the ‘eDantseva’ website and mobile application, the first-ever national digital platform on oral health information and knowledge dissemination.
केंद्रीय आरोग्य व कुटुंब कल्याण मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन यांनी मौखिक आरोग्य माहिती आणि ज्ञान प्रसार या विषयावर ‘ई-दंतसेवा’ वेबसाइट आणि मोबाईल ॲप्लिकेशन लॉंच केले.

6. India has received the first tranche of details about financial accounts of its residents in Swiss banks under a new automatic exchange of information framework between the two countries.
दोन्ही देशांमधील माहितीच्या आदानप्रदानांच्या स्वयंचलित देवाणघेवाणी अंतर्गत स्विस बँकांमधील रहिवाशांच्या आर्थिक लेखासंबंधित माहितीची पहिली माहिती भारताला प्राप्त झाली आहे.

7. The month of October is observed as the Breast Cancer Awareness Month every year. The annual campaign aims to raise awareness of the disease. It also helps to increase attention and support for awareness, early detection, and treatment as well as palliative care of this disease. World Health Organization (WHO) aims to promote breast cancer control programmes as part of national cancer control plans.
ऑक्टोबर महिना दरवर्षी स्तनाचा कर्करोग जागरूकता महिना म्हणून पाळला जातो. वार्षिक मोहिमेचे लक्ष्य रोगाबद्दल जागरूकता वाढविणे आहे. जागरूकता, लवकर शोधणे आणि उपचार तसेच या आजाराची उपशासकीय काळजी यासाठी लक्ष आणि समर्थन वाढविण्यात देखील मदत करते. जागतिक आरोग्य संघटना (डब्ल्यूएचओ) चे राष्ट्रीय कर्करोग नियंत्रण योजनेचा एक भाग म्हणून स्तन कर्करोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रमांना प्रोत्साहन देणे हे आहे.

8. The Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Prakash Javadekar Minister informed that the country will shift to BS-VI vehicle emission norms from BS-IV by April 2020.
केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन आणि हवामान बदल मंत्री श्री प्रकाश जावडेकर मंत्री यांनी सांगितले की, एप्रिल 2020 पर्यंत BS-I पासून देश BS-IV वाहन उत्सर्जनाच्या नियमांकडे जाईल.

9. The 2019 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to scientists William G Kaelin, Jr, Peter J Ratcliffe and Gregg L Semenza.
विल्यम जी कॅलिन, जूनियर, पीटर जे रॅटक्लिफ आणि ग्रेग एल सेमेन्झा या शास्त्रज्ञांना फिजिओलॉजी किंवा मेडिसिनचे 2019 चे नोबेल पुरस्कार देण्यात आले आहेत.

10. Jal Shakti Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat launches Ganga Aamantran. The ‘Ganga Aamantran Abhiyan’ is a pioneering and historic exploratory open-water rafting and kayaking expedition on the Ganga River to be held between 10th October 2019 to 11 November 2019.
जलशक्ती मंत्री श्री गजेंद्रसिंग शेखावत यांच्या हस्ते गंगा आमंत्रण लॉंच झाले. गंगा आमंत्रण अभियान’ हे 10 ऑक्टोबर 2019 ते 11 नोव्हेंबर 2019 या कालावधीत होणार्‍या गंगा नदीवरील ऐतिहासिक आणि ऐतिहासिकदृष्ट्या ओपन वॉटर राफ्टिंग आणि कायाकिंग मोहीम आहे.
