1. Indian Naval Ship Tarkash arrived at Tangier, Morocco for a three-day visit. The visit is part of an ongoing Overseas Deployment by the Indian Navy to the Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Europe.
तीन दिवसांच्या भेटीसाठी भारतीय नौसेना पोत तरकाश टँगीयर, मोरक्को येथे पोहचले. भारतीय नौसेनाद्वारे भू-मध्य सागर, आफ्रिका व युरोप या देशांमध्ये चाललेल्या प्रवासी वाहतुकीचा हा भाग आहे.

2. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) carried out three successful test firings of the Nag missiles in the Pokhran firing ranges.
रक्षा संशोधन व विकास संघटना (डीआरडीओ) ने पोखरण फायरिंग रेंजमधील नाग मिसाइलच्या तीन यशस्वी चाचणी केल्या.

3. American aerospace major Boeing has announced the arrival of two new heavy-lift Chinook helicopters for the Indian Air Force at the Mundra port in Gujarat.
अमेरिकन एरोस्पेस प्रमुख बोईंग यांनी गुजरातच्या मुंद्रा बंदरात भारतीय वायुसेनासाठी दोन नवीन हेवी-लिफ्ट चिनूक हेलीकॉप्टरच्या आगमन जाहीर केले आहे.

4. Parliament has adopted a statutory resolution for levying 200 percent duty on all goods originating in or exported from Pakistan.
पाकिस्तानमधून आयात किंवा निर्यात केलेल्या सर्व वस्तूंवर 200 टक्के लादण्यासाठी संसदेने एक वैधानिक ठराव मंजूर केला आहे.

5. National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) signed an MoU with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF). NIIF is a fund promoted by the Government of India to give a boost to the infrastructure sector in the country.
राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) ने राष्ट्रीय गुंतवणूक आणि पायाभूत निधी (NIIF) सह सामंजस्य करारावर स्वाक्षरी केली आहे. NIIF हे भारतातील पायाभूत सुविधा क्षेत्राला चालना देण्यासाठी भारत सरकारद्वारे प्रोत्साहित केलेले एक निधी आहे.

6. Indian film ‘Gully Boy’ has been recognised at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) in South Korea.
दक्षिण कोरियामधील बुचॉन इंटरनॅशनल फॅन्टेस्टिक फिल्म फेस्टिवल (BIFAN) येथे भारतीय चित्रपट ‘गुली बॉय’ ने NETPAC पुरस्कार पटकावला आहे.

7. Rajya sabha passed the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2019 on 8 July. It allows the voluntary linking of the 12-digit identification number as part of know your customer (KYC) guidelines to open bank accounts or get a mobile connection.

8. Greece’s new conservative Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was sworn in after a sweeping election victory.

9. Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) appointed former cricketer Rahul Dravid as the head of National Cricket Academy (NCA), Bengaluru.
भारतीय क्रिकेट नियामक मंडळाने (BCCI) माजी क्रिकेटपटू राहुल द्रविडला राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट अकादमी (एनसीए), बेंगलुरु प्रमुख म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे.

10. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) removed the ban on the Kuwait Olympic Committee (KOC) and permitted to compete in the 2020 Olympics.
आंतरराष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समितीने (IOC) कुवेत कुवैत ओलंपिक समिती (KOC) वर बंदी काढून टाकली आणि 2020 ओलंपिकमध्ये स्पर्धा करण्यास परवानगी दिली.
