1. Amazon India announced the launch of its ”Mentor Connect” programme, which is aimed at accelerating the growth of startups and emerging brand owners enrolled under its Amazon Launchpad initiative.
ॲमेझॉन इंडियाने आपला “मेंटर कनेक्ट” कार्यक्रम सुरू करण्याची घोषणा केली, ज्याचा उद्देश ॲमेझॉन लॉन्चपॅड उपक्रमांतर्गत नोंदणीकृत स्टार्टअप्स आणि उदयोन्मुख ब्रँड मालकांच्या वाढीसाठी आहे.

2. The Government of India recently approved the transfer of technology from Bharat Biotech to Hafkine Institute. COVAXIN COVAXIN is one of the two drugs that is currently administered in India. It is manufactured by Bharat Biotech in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research.
भारत सरकारने नुकतीच भारत बायोटेककडून तंत्रज्ञान हफकीन संस्थेत हस्तांतरित करण्यास मान्यता दिली. कोवॅक्सिन कॉव्हॅक्सिन ही सध्या दोन औषधांपैकी एक आहे जी सध्या भारतात दिली जात आहे. हे भारतीय वैद्यकीय संशोधन परिषदेच्या सहकार्याने भारत बायोटेकने तयार केले आहे.

3. The Indian Meteorological Department recently announced that the southwest monsoon is expected to be normal at 98% of the Long Period Average.
भारतीय हवामानशास्त्र विभागाने नुकतीच जाहीर केली की नैऋत्य मॉन्सून दीर्घ-मुदतीच्या सरासरीच्या 98% इतका सामान्य राहील.

4. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare recently announced that around hundred new hospitals are to have their own oxygen plant under the PM CARES Fund

5. NITI Aayog as of launched Poshan Gyan alongside the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Center for Social and Behavior Change, Ashoka University. Poshan Gyan is a National Digital Repository on wellbeing and sustenance.
निति आयोगाने अशोका विद्यापीठातील बिल आणि मेलिंडा गेट्स फाउंडेशन आणि सामाजिक व वर्तनाचे बदल केंद्र, सोबत सोबत पोषण ज्ञान सुरू केले. पोषण ज्ञान हे कल्याण आणि टिकवण्य या विषयावर एक राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल भांडार आहे.

6. Filmmaker Chloe Zhao won the top prize at the Directors Guild of America (DGA) Awards for her feature film Nomadland.

7. The Economist Intelligence Unit along with Facebook recently released the Inclusive Internet Index. According to the index, India is at the 49th spot when it comes to internet inclusion and gender equality in accessing the internet. The Facebook Inclusive Internet Index looked at 120 countries.
फेसबुकसह इकॉनॉमिस्ट इंटेलिजन्स युनिटने नुकताच समावेशक इंटरनेट इंडेक्स जाहीर केला. निर्देशांकानुसार, इंटरनेटमध्ये प्रवेश आणि लैंगिक समानतेचा विचार केला तर भारत 49 व्या स्थानावर आहे. फेसबुक समावेशी इंटरनेट इंडेक्सने 120 देशांकडे पाहिले.

8. The Indian Space Research Organisation recently signed an agreement with the French Space Agency CNES. CNES is National Centre for Space Studies. CNES stands for Centre National d’etudes Spatiales.
भारतीय अंतराळ संशोधन संस्थेने नुकतीच फ्रेंच स्पेस एजन्सी CNESशी करार केला. CNES हे नॅशनल सेंटर फॉर स्पेस स्टडीज आहे. CNES चा अर्थ सेंटर नॅशनल डी’एट्यूडस् स्पॅटीएल्स ’असा आहे.

9. In April 2021, Uttarakhand recorded 361 forest fire incidents in just five days. During this period, over 567 hectares of forests have been destroyed. This includes 380 hectares of reserve forest areas.
एप्रिल 2021 मध्ये उत्तराखंडमध्ये अवघ्या पाच दिवसांत 361 वन-आगीच्या घटना नोंदल्या गेल्या. या काळात 567 हेक्टरवरील जंगले नष्ट झाली आहेत. यात 380 हेक्टर राखीव वनक्षेत्रांचा समावेश आहे.

10. Revered Gujarat seer Mahamandaleshwar Bharti Bapu died at Bharti Ashram in Sarkhej area of Ahmedabad. He was 93.
अहमदाबादच्या सरखेज भागातील भारती आश्रमात गुजरातचे प्रख्यात द्रष्टा महामंडलेश्वर भारती बापू यांचे निधन झाले. ते 93 वर्षांचे होते.
