1. The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying released the 20th Livestock Census -2019. India’s livestock population has increased to over 535 million showing an increase of 4.6 per cent over Livestock Census-2012.
पशुसंवर्धन व दुग्धव्यवसाय विभागाने 20वी पशुधन गणना 2019 जाहीर केली. पशुधन गणना 2012च्या तुलनेत 4.6% वाढून भारताची पशुधन संख्या 535 दशलक्षाहून अधिक झाली आहे.

2. The Eastern Air Command of the Indian Air Force launched fighter operations from six civilian airfields under its area of command. Six civilian airfields where the operations will take place are Dimapur, Imphal, Guwahati, Kolkata, Pasighat and Andal.
भारतीय वायुसेनेच्या ईस्टर्न एअर कमांडने आपल्या कमांड क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सहा नागरी हवाई क्षेत्रातून लढाऊ कारवाया सुरू केल्या. दिमापूर, इंफाळ, गुवाहाटी, कोलकाता, पासीघाट आणि आंदाल ही सहा नागरी हवाई क्षेत्रे सुरू आहेत.

3. Election Commission of India appointed Shri Vivek Dube (IPS AP 1981 Retd) as Special Observer for the ensuing Bye Elections to the State Legislative Assemblies of Sikkim 2019 in general and specifically for 10 Poklok -Kamrang Assembly Constituency in Sikkim.
भारतीय निवडणूक आयोगाने श्री विवेक दुबे (IPS AP 1981 Retd) यांना सिक्किमच्या सर्वसाधारणपणे आणि 2019 च्या राज्य विधानसभेच्या पोटनिवडणुकांसाठी विशेष पर्यवेक्षक म्हणून नेमले आणि विशेषतः सिक्कीममधील 10 पोकलोक-कामरंग विधानसभा मतदारसंघासाठी.

4. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) signed 30 licensing agreements for Transfer of Technology (ToT) with 16 Indian companies. The company includes three start-ups, at Vibrant Goa Global Expo and Summit 2019. The conference is held at Goa University, Taleigao, Goa, between October 17-19, 2019.
संरक्षण संशोधन आणि विकास संघटनेने (DRDO) 16 भारतीय कंपन्यांसह ट्रान्सफर ऑफ टेक्नॉलॉजी (ToT) साठी 30 परवाना करारांवर स्वाक्षरी केली. कंपनीत व्हायब्रंट गोवा ग्लोबल एक्स्पो आणि समिट 2019 मध्ये तीन स्टार्ट-अपचा समावेश आहे. गोवा विद्यापीठ, तळीगाव, गोवा विद्यापीठात 17-18  ऑक्टोबर 2019  दरम्यान परिषद आयोजित केली आहे.

5. Maharashtra State Assembly Elections board extended intelligence (artificial and human intelligence)-powered tech firm, to detect and prevent the spread of fake news. The company helps detects fake news, logical fallacy, and inaccuracies. It has been monitoring various social media platforms for 20 days to monitor cases of violation under the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
बनावट बातम्यांचा प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य विधानसभा निवडणुक मंडळाने बुद्धिमत्ता (कृत्रिम व मानवी बुद्धिमत्ता) -शक्ती चालविणारी टेक फर्म वाढविली. कंपनी बनावट बातम्या, लॉजिकल चूक आणि चुकीच्या गोष्टी शोधण्यात मदत करते. आदर्श आचारसंहितेनुसार (MCC) उल्लंघन केल्याच्या घटनांवर नजर ठेवण्यासाठी ते 20 दिवसांपासून विविध सोशल मीडिया प्लॅटफॉर्मवर नजर ठेवून आहेत.

6. Global body World Steel Association elected JSW Steel Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Sajjan Jindal as its vice-chairman. The association appointed Tata Steel CEO and MD T V Narendran and ArcelorMittal Chief L N Mittal as its members.
ग्लोबल बॉडी वर्ल्ड स्टील असोसिएशनने जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टीलचे अध्यक्ष आणि व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक (सीएमडी) सज्जन जिंदल यांचे उपाध्यक्षपदी निवड केली. असोसिएशनने टाटा स्टीलचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी आणि एमडी टी व्ही नरेंद्रन आणि आर्सेलर मित्तलचे प्रमुख एल एन मित्तल यांना आपले सदस्य म्हणून नेमले.

7. SBI Card launched SBI Card Pay a payment feature based on Host Card Emulation (HCE) technology for faster, convenient, and more secure card payments using mobile phones.
SBI  कार्डने मोबाइल फोन वापरुन वेगवान, सोयीस्कर आणि अधिक सुरक्षित कार्ड पेमेंटसाठी होस्ट कार्ड एम्यूलेशन (HCE) तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित SBI कार्ड पे पेमेंट फीचर लॉंच केले आहे.

8. Indian Air Force (IAF) kick started its bilateral joint exercise with Royal Air Force Oman (RAFO), named ‘AS EASTERN BRIDGE-V’ at Air Force Base Masirah.
भारतीय हवाई दलाने (IAF) किकने रॉयल एअर फोर्स ओमान (RAFO) बरोबर द्विपक्षीय संयुक्त सराव सुरू केला, ज्याला एयर फोर्स बेस मासीराह येथे ‘AS ईस्टर्न ब्रिज-V’ असे नाव देण्यात आले.

9. Minister of Tribal Affairs, Arjun Munda announced the second phase of GOAL (Going Online as Leaders).GOAL is a Facebook program aimed at inspiring, guiding and encouraging tribal girls from across India to become village-level digital young leaders for their communities.
आदिवासी कामकाज मंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा यांनी GOAL (दुसर्‍या टप्प्यातील पुढाकार) ची घोषणा केली. GOAL हा एक फेसबुक प्रोग्राम आहे ज्याचा उद्देश भारतातील आदिवासी मुलींना त्यांच्या समुदायांसाठी ग्रामीण स्तरावरील डिजिटल तरुण नेते होण्यासाठी प्रेरणा, मार्गदर्शन आणि प्रोत्साहित करणे आहे.
