1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a day-long visit to Jammu and Kashmir. During his visit, Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of ‘Zojila Tunnel’ on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway in Leh.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी जम्मू आणि काश्मीरच्या एक दिवसीय भेटीवर आहेत. आपल्या दौऱ्यादरम्यान, लेहमधील श्रीनगर-लेह राष्ट्रीय महामार्गावरील ‘जोजिला टनेलची’ पायाभरणी करणार आहेत.

4. Veteran Bollywood actor Sridevi was honoured with the TITAN Reginald F Lewis Film Icon Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
कांस फिल्म फेस्टिव्हलमध्ये बॉलीवूड अभिनेत्री श्रीदेवीला टाइटन रेजिनाल्ड एफ लुईस फिल्म आइकन पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले.

5.  The Union Cabinet has approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Suriname on cooperation in the field of electoral management and administration.
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने निवडणूक व्यवस्थापन आणि प्रशासनाच्या क्षेत्रात सहयोग आणि भारत व सूरीनाम यांच्यातील सामंजस्य करार मंजूर केला आहे.

6. The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved an initial Corpus of Rs.5,000 crore for setting up of a dedicated “Micro Irrigation Fund” (MIF) with NABARD under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY).
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाच्या आर्थिक व्यवहार समितीने प्रधानमंत्री कृषी सिंचन योजनेअंतर्गत नाबार्डसह समर्पित “सूक्ष्‍म सिंचन निधी” (MIF) स्थापन करण्यासाठी 5000 कोटी रुपयांचा प्राथमिक निधी मंजूर केला आहे.

7. Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar was sworn-in as new Chief Justice of Manipur High Court.
न्या. रामलिंगम सुधाकर यांनी मणिपूर उच्च न्यायालयाचे नवीन सरन्यायाधीश म्हणून शपथ ग्रहण केली.

8.  According to UN World Economic Situation and Prospects (WESP) report, India’s economy is projected to grow 7.6% in fiscal year 2018-19.
यूएन वर्ल्ड इकॉनॉमिक सिचुएशन अँड प्रॉस्पेक्ट्स (डब्ल्यूईएसपी) च्या अहवालाप्रमाणे, भारताच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेत आर्थिक वर्ष 2018-19 मध्ये 7.6 टक्के वाढीचा अंदाज आहे.

9. The President of Badminton Association of India, Himanta Biswa Sarma was elected as the Vice-President of Badminton Asia Confederation (BAC).
भारतीय बॅडमिंटन असोसिएशनचे अध्यक्ष हेमंत बिस्वा शर्मा हे आशियाई बॅडमिंटन महासंघाचे (बीएसी) उपाध्यक्ष म्हणून निवडून आले आहेत.

10. Indian football team has been ranked 97th in the latest FIFA rankings.
