1. Social justice provides equal social, political, and economic opportunities for all. The World Day of Social Justice is celebrated by the United Nations and several other international organizations on February 20.

5. The Chandrayaan 3 is the third lunar mission of India. Indian Space Research Organization recently announced that the EMI-EMC test of the lander part was successful. The EMI-EMC are Electromagnetic tests. During the test, the lander is checked if its operation is creating EM interference in the nearby environment.

6. Saudi Arabia recently announced that it has completed one-fifth construction of its futuristic Mega city called the NEOM. The country is spending 500 billion USD to construct the city. The engineering projects in the future city will be powered by clean energy. There will be no cars in the streets.

7. India and Uzbekistan conducted the fourth edition of the DUSTLIK 2023 military exercise in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. During the exercise, the countries trained their troops in multi-domain operations and shared their skills. India’s GARHWAL Rifles from the Western Command participated in the exercise.

8. The State of Arunachal Pradesh celebrated its statehood day on February 20. President Murmu attended the state celebrations. The statehood was granted in 1987. It was the 24th state in the country.

9. The President of India Droupadi Murmu has been visiting the states of UP, Odisha, and Tamil Nadu. She is now to visit Arunachal Pradesh and will participate in the 37th Statehood Day celebrations of Arunachal Pradesh.

10. The State Cabinet of MP recently approved a New Liquor policy. According to the policy, the areas for drinking alcohol will be closed. These are areas that are usually attached to bars. The new policy is called the “NEW EXCISE POLICY”. The policy was launched after the BJP leader Uma Bharati’s demand.
