2. Infosys Ltd has appointed Bharti Airtel Ltd’s global CFO Nilanjan Roy as chief financial officer, effective 1 March 2019.
इंफोसिस लिमिटेडने 1 मार्च 2019 पासून भारती एअरटेल लिमिटेडचे जागतिक सीएफओ निलनंजन रॉय यांना मुख्य आर्थिक अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे.

3. New Zealand government announced regulations for mandatory phase-out of single-use plastic shopping bags with effect from July 1, 2019. The phase-out will apply to all new plastic shopping bags with handles that are made of plastic up to 70 microns in thickness.
न्यूजीलँड सरकारने 1 जुलै 2019 पासून एकल-वापरलेल्या प्लास्टिक खरेदी पिशव्यांसाठी अनिवार्य फेज-आउट करण्याचे नियम जाहीर केले आहेत. प्लाझ-आउट सर्व प्लास्टिक प्लॅस्टिक पिशव्यांवर लागू होईल आणि प्लास्टिकच्या 70 दशलक्ष मायक्रोन्स प्लास्टिकच्या बनविल्या जातील.

4. Sri Lanka’s President Maithripala Sirisena named a 30-member Cabinet, days after Ranil Wickremesinghe was reinstated as prime minister following a lengthy political crisis.
