1. The Finance Minister of Gujarat Kanubhai Desai presented a State Budget of Rs 3.01 lakh crores recently in the legislative assembly. This is 23% higher than the previous year’s budget.
गुजरातचे अर्थमंत्री कनुभाई देसाई यांनी नुकताच विधानसभेत 3.01 लाख कोटी रुपयांचा राज्याचा अर्थसंकल्प सादर केला. मागील वर्षीच्या अर्थसंकल्पाच्या तुलनेत हे प्रमाण 23% जास्त आहे.

2. The National Center for Seismology said that an earthquake of magnitude 6.2 hit Indonesia. The epicentre was at a depth of 99 km. The quake was powerful and fortunately, no casualties were reported
नॅशनल सेंटर फॉर सिस्मॉलॉजीने सांगितले की, इंडोनेशियामध्ये 6.2 रिश्टर स्केलचा भूकंप झाला. भूकंपाचे केंद्र 99 किमी खोलीवर होते. हा भूकंप शक्तिशाली होता आणि सुदैवाने कोणतीही जीवितहानी झाली नाही.

3. Onion shortages are increasing all over the world. From Morocco to the Philippines, the governments are protecting their onion supplies. Morocco, Turkey, and Kazakhstan have stopped exporting onions due to their increasing demand and soaring prices in their homeland
जगभरात कांद्याची टंचाई वाढत आहे. मोरोक्कोपासून ते फिलीपिन्सपर्यंत सरकार त्यांच्या कांद्याच्या पुरवठ्याचे संरक्षण करत आहेत. मोरोक्को, तुर्कस्तान आणि कझाकिस्तानने कांद्याची वाढती मागणी आणि त्यांच्या मायदेशात वाढलेल्या किमतीमुळे त्यांची निर्यात थांबवली आहे.

4. A flight was diverted to the Kerala capital Thiruvananthapuram due to a hydraulic failure. The tail of the Air India Express hit the runway during takeoff. There were 182 passengers in the plane and it was flying from Calicut to Dammam.
हायड्रॉलिक बिघाडामुळे विमान केरळची राजधानी तिरुवनंतपुरमकडे वळवण्यात आले. टेकऑफ दरम्यान एअर इंडिया एक्स्प्रेसची शेपटी धावपट्टीवर आदळली. विमानात 182 प्रवासी होते आणि ते कालिकतहून दमामला जात होते.

5. Roscosmos recently launched an empty SOYUZ spacecraft to bring back the stranded astronauts in space. Three astronauts were stranded in space as the Soyuz MS-22 capsule started leaking coolant.
Roscosmos ने अलीकडेच अंतराळात अडकलेल्या अंतराळवीरांना परत आणण्यासाठी रिकामे SOYUZ अंतराळयान प्रक्षेपित केले. Soyuz MS-22 कॅप्सूलमधून कूलंटची गळती सुरू झाल्याने तीन अंतराळवीर अंतराळात अडकले होते.

6. After traversing the Sunda Strait, the Indian submarine INS Sindhukesari docked in Indonesia. This is the first time an Indian submarine is docking in Indonesia.
सुंदा सामुद्रधुनी पार केल्यानंतर, भारतीय पाणबुडी INS सिंधुकेसरी इंडोनेशियामध्ये दाखल झाली. इंडोनेशियामध्ये भारतीय पाणबुडी डॉकिंग करण्याची ही पहिलीच वेळ आहे.

7. China recently launched the Zhongxing-26 satellite at a cost of 333 million USD. It was launched on Long March 3B rocket. The main objective of the satellite is to provide broadband connectivity for aviation and ship-related operations.
चीनने अलीकडेच 333 दशलक्ष USD खर्चून Zhongxing-26 उपग्रह प्रक्षेपित केला. लाँग मार्च ३बी रॉकेटवर हे प्रक्षेपित करण्यात आले. विमान वाहतूक आणि जहाजाशी संबंधित कामकाजासाठी ब्रॉडबँड कनेक्टिव्हिटी प्रदान करणे हा उपग्रहाचा मुख्य उद्देश आहे.

8. The Agriculture Innovation Mission for Climate is a joint initiative of the US. It was started by UAE and USA. The main objective of the initiative is to address hunger and climate change.
ॲग्रीकल्चर इनोव्हेशन मिशन फॉर क्लायमेट हा अमेरिकेचा संयुक्त उपक्रम आहे. याची सुरुवात यूएई आणि यूएसए यांनी केली होती. या उपक्रमाचा मुख्य उद्देश भूक आणि हवामानातील बदलांना संबोधित करणे हा आहे.

9. The United Nations recently voted in a resolution of peace in Ukraine. According to the resolution, the members wanted Russia to withdraw its troops.
युक्रेनमध्ये शांतता प्रस्थापित करण्याच्या ठरावावर संयुक्त राष्ट्रांनी नुकतेच मतदान केले. ठरावानुसार रशियाने आपले सैन्य मागे घ्यावे, अशी सदस्यांची इच्छा होती.

10. David Malpass, the former World Bank President resigned before his term was completed due to climate-related controversies.
जागतिक बँकेचे माजी अध्यक्ष डेव्हिड मालपास यांनी हवामानाशी संबंधित वादांमुळे त्यांचा कार्यकाळ पूर्ण होण्यापूर्वीच राजीनामा दिला.
