1. Shiv Sena-led government in Maharashtra approved the farm loan waiver scheme announced a subsidized meal scheme for the poor. The state cabinet approved the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme under which crop arrears pending till September 30, 2019, will be waived.
महाराष्ट्रातील शिवसेनेच्या नेतृत्वाखालील सरकारने शेतकर्‍यांची कर्जमाफी योजनेला मंजुरी देऊन गरीबांसाठी अनुदानित जेवण योजना जाहीर केली. राज्य मंत्रिमंडळाने महात्मा ज्योतिराव फुले शेतकरी कर्जमाफी योजनेला मंजुरी दिली असून त्याअंतर्गत 30 सप्टेंबर, 2019 पर्यंत थकीत पिके थकबाकी माफ केली जाईल.

2. The Federal Cabinet of Pakistan has decided to import polio markers from India in a bid to reduce the price of medicines.
पाकिस्तानच्या फेडरल मंत्रिमंडळाने औषधांच्या किंमती कमी करण्यासाठी बोली लावण्यासाठी पोलिओ मार्करची भारताकडून आयात करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

3. Minister of State for Public Grievances and Pensions Dr Jitendra Singh launched Good Governance Index in New Delhi on the occasion of Good Governance Day i.e 25 December.
सार्वजनिक तक्रारी व निवृत्तीवेतन राज्यमंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह यांनी सुशासन दिनाच्या म्हणजेच 25 डिसेंबर रोजी दिल्लीत सुशासन निर्देशांक सुरू केला.

4. Centre government planning to revamp All India Radio officially known as Akashvani by introducing Digital Radio in India by 2024. The country will be technologically-equipped for it. The announcement in this regard was made by Union Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Minister Prakash Javadekar at the 2019 Akashvani Annual Awards in New Delhi.
2024 पर्यंत भारतात डिजिटल रेडिओ सादर करून आकाशवाणी म्हणून अधिकृतपणे ओळखल्या जाणाऱ्या ऑल इंडिया रेडिओचे नूतनीकरण करण्याची केंद्र सरकारची योजना आहे. देश यासाठी तंत्रज्ञानाने सुसज्ज असेल. केंद्रीय माहिती व प्रसारण (I&B) मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर यांनी 2019 च्या आकाशवाणी वार्षिक पुरस्कारामध्ये नवी दिल्ली येथे ही योजना जाहीर केली.

5. India’s first university for the transgender community will be opened in the Fazilnagar block of the Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh.
ट्रान्सजेंडर समुदायाचे भारतातील पहिले विद्यापीठ उत्तर प्रदेशातील कुशीनगर जिल्ह्यातील फाझीलनगर ब्लॉकमध्ये उघडले जाईल.

6. The Cabinet has given its approval for signing of Memorandum of Understanding between India and Brazil on Bioenergy Cooperation.

7. Prime Minister Narendra Modi named Rohtang passageway in Himachal Pradesh as Atal Tunnel to mark the 95th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

8. Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan unveiled India’s first long distance CNG bus fitted with CNG cylinders at a function in New Delhi.
पेट्रोलियम आणि नैसर्गिक गॅस मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांनी नवी दिल्ली येथे एका कार्यक्रमात सीएनजी सिलिंडर्स बसविलेल्या भारतातील पहिल्या लांब पल्ल्याच्या सीएनजी बसचे अनावरण केले.
