1. India celebrates the Kargil Vijay Diwas on July 26, every year. The day is celebrated to mark India’s victory in Kargil War, that it fought with Pakistan.
भारत दरवर्षी 26 जुलै रोजी कारगिल विजय दिवस साजरा करतो. भारताने पाकिस्तानशी लढलेल्या कारगिल युद्धातील विजयाच्या स्मरणार्थ हा दिवस साजरा केला जातो.

2. Indian Government has set up a “Multi-Agency Group for investigation of Foreign Asset Cases”. The Group comprises of representatives from various enforcement Agencies and Organizations.
भारत सरकारने परदेशी मालमत्ता प्रकरणांच्या तपासासाठी एक “मल्टी-एजन्सी गट” स्थापन केला आहे. ग्रुपमध्ये विविध अंमलबजावणी एजन्सी आणि संस्थांच्या प्रतिनिधींचा समावेश आहे.

3. On July 22, 2022, India made the contribution of USD 2.5 million towards the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), for Palestine Refugees in Near East.
22 जुलै 2022 रोजी, भारताने जवळच्या पूर्वेकडील पॅलेस्टाईन निर्वासितांसाठी संयुक्त राष्ट्रांच्या मदत आणि कार्य संस्था (UNRWA) साठी USD 2.5 दशलक्षचे योगदान दिले.

4. The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gujarat Olympic Association (GOA) and Gujarat State Government to jointly conduct the 36th National Games 2022 on July 22.
भारतीय ऑलिम्पिक असोसिएशन (IOA) ने 22 जुलै रोजी 36 व्या राष्ट्रीय खेळ 2022 संयुक्तपणे आयोजित करण्यासाठी गुजरात ऑलिम्पिक असोसिएशन (GOA) आणि गुजरात राज्य सरकार यांच्यासोबत सामंजस्य करार (MoU) केला.

5. Union government brought the “Anti-Maritime Privacy Bill 2019”, in line with India’s commitment with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), 1982. India had ratified the UNCLOS in 1995.
युनायटेड नेशन्स कन्व्हेन्शन ऑन द सी लॉ (UNCLOS), 1982 सह भारताच्या वचनबद्धतेनुसार केंद्र सरकारने “Anti-Maritime Privacy Bill 2019” आणले. भारताने 1995 मध्ये UNCLOS ला मान्यता दिली होती.

6. Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren, launched the “Jharkhand Tourism Policy” with the aim of reviving, renewing and revamping the tourism sector in State.
झारखंडचे मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन यांनी राज्यातील पर्यटन क्षेत्राचे पुनरुज्जीवन, नूतनीकरण आणि सुधारणा करण्याच्या उद्देशाने “झारखंड पर्यटन धोरण” लाँच केले.

7. On July 26, 2022, India started its biggest-ever spectrum auction, involving telephone and internet data signals. Under the spectrum process, 72 GHz (gigahertz) of 5G airwaves have been put on offer at the cost of Rs 4.3 lakh crore.

9. Former Supreme Court judge, Vineet Saran has taken over as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) ethics officer and ombudsman.

10. India has been ranked 87th in the Henley Passport Index 2022 with visa-free access to 60 countries.
