1. The Department of Expenditure, under the Ministry of Finance, has granted 22 states the approval for extra borrowing of Rs 60,876.80 crore for their contribution to the National Pension System (NPS) during the fiscal year 2023-24. This additional borrowing is permitted over and above the normal net borrowing ceiling set for the states.

This funding will continue to support the construction of the 82-kilometer Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor. The loan, amounting to 37 billion Japanese Yen, is part of a broader $1,049 million Multi-tranche Financing Facility (MFF) approved by ADB in 2020 for the RRTS project.

The bourse, built at DREAM (Diamond Research and Mercantile) city, covers an area of 66 lakh square feet, costing Rs 3,200 crore.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी रविवारी (17 डिसेंबर) रोजी एकाच प्रकल्पातील जगातील सर्वात मोठे ऑफिस स्पेस म्हणून ओळखल्या जाणार्‍या सूरत डायमंड बोर्स (SDB) चे उद्घाटन करणार आहेत. गुजरातमध्ये स्थित, 4,200 हिरे व्यापार कार्यालये असलेल्या या कॉम्प्लेक्सने क्षमतेत यूएस पेंटागॉनला मागे टाकले आहे. डायमंड कटिंग आणि पॉलिशिंगसाठी ओळखल्या जाणार्‍या डायमंड ट्रेडिंग व्यवसायाचा मुंबई ते सुरत येथे स्थलांतर आणि विस्तार करण्याचे SDB चे उद्दिष्ट आहे. ड्रीम (डायमंड रिसर्च अँड मर्कंटाइल) शहरात बांधण्यात आलेला हा बाजार 3,200 कोटी रुपये खर्चून 66 लाख चौरस फूट क्षेत्रफळात व्यापलेला आहे.

A semi-comatose state is characterized by partial coma, manifesting as disorientation and stupor without reaching a complete coma. Individuals in a semi-comatose state may exhibit responsiveness to stimuli, such as groaning and mumbling.
