2. According to Reserve Bank of India (RBI), India’s foreign exchange (Forex) reserves have scaled to a fresh record high of $409.366 billion as on December.

1.  The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is all set to issue new Rs 10 currency notes under the existing Mahatma Gandhi bank note series. The new note will bear the signature of the governor of the RBI, Dr Urjit Patel, and will feature a motif of the Konark Sun Temple, on the reverse side.

1. Reliance Industries has commissioned the world’s largest ‘refinery off-gas cracker’ (ROGC) complex at Jamnagar which will use refinery process residue to produce feedstock used to make petrochemicals.

1. According to financial services company HSBC, India’s GDP growth rate is expected to accelerate to 7.0 per cent in 2018-19 and 7.6 in 2019-20 from 6.5 per cent in this fiscal.
वित्तीय सेवा कंपनी HSBCच्या मते, भारताची GDP वाढीचा दर 2018-19 मध्ये 7.0 टक्के आणि 2019-20 मध्ये 7.6 टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाढण्याचा अंदाज आहे. या आर्थिक वर्षात 6.5 टक्के दर राहील.
