1. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has directed India’s biggest state-owned refiners to urge Persian Gulf oil suppliers to accept at least 10% of their payments in rupees in the 2018 fiscal year. 7. The 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) began on February 27th, 2023, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The four-day event brings together ministers from the WTO’s 164 members to promote negotiations on critical problems affecting global trade.
जागतिक व्यापार संघटना (WTO) ची 13वी मंत्रीस्तरीय परिषद (MC13) 27 फेब्रुवारी 2023 रोजी अबू धाबी, संयुक्त अरब अमिराती येथे सुरू झाली. जागतिक व्यापारावर परिणाम करणाऱ्या गंभीर समस्यांवरील वाटाघाटींना प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी या चार दिवसीय कार्यक्रमात WTO च्या 164 सदस्यांमधील मंत्री एकत्र येतात.

8. Jammu and Kashmir will hold the annual ‘Tawi Festival’ from March 1st to 4th, 2024. The festival, held on the banks of the Tawi River that flows through Jammu, will highlight the region’s diverse cultural past via arts, food, literature, and folk customs. The Tourism Department, Jammu Municipal Corporation, and the city’s notable cultural organisations are all working together to organise the event. It serves as a forum for the development of local talent and businesses, as well as for highlighting Jammu’s unique culture.
