1. The Union Minister Jitendra Singh announced that ISRO’s Chandrayaan-III would be launched in the first half of 2021. A slight delay might happen in the launching of the third moon mission.
केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह यांनी जाहीर केले की इस्रोचे चंद्रयान-III 2020 च्या उत्तरार्धात सुरू होईल. तिसर्‍या चंद्र अभियानाच्या प्रारंभामध्ये थोडा विलंब होऊ शकेल.

2. Luxembourg has become the first government to have made free public transport free. The move came with effect from 1 March. As per the move, buses, trams, and trains in the country became completely free of charge.
लक्समबर्ग हे सार्वजनिक परिवहन मुक्त करणारे पहिले सरकार बनले आहे. ही कारवाई 1 मार्चपासून अंमलात आली. या हालचालीनुसार, देशातील बस, ट्राम आणि गाड्या पूर्णपणे शुल्क मुक्त झाल्या.

3. The Union Cabinet led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved to amend the existing Foreign direct investment (FDI) Policy to permit Foreign Investment(s) in M/s Air India Ltd. The amendment will allow foreign investment up to 100% by those Non-resident Indians (NRIs), who are Indian Nationals, in the case of M/s Air India Ltd.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने M/s एअर इंडिया लिमिटेडमध्ये परकीय गुंतवणूकीला परवानगी देण्यासाठी विद्यमान थेट परकीय गुंतवणूकी (एफडीआय) धोरणात बदल करण्यास मान्यता दिली. या दुरुस्तीनंतर त्या विदेशी गुंतवणूकदारांना 100% पर्यंत परकीय गुंतवणूकीची अनुमती मिळेल. M/s एअर इंडिया लिमिटेडच्या बाबतीत रहिवासी भारतीय (अनिवासी भारतीय) जे भारतीय नागरिक आहेत.

4. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved the Companies (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019 on 4 March 2020. The Bill will amend the Companies Act, 2013.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने 4 मार्च 2020 रोजी कंपन्या (द्वितीय दुरुस्ती) विधेयक, 2019 ला मंजुरी दिली. विधेयक कंपन्या अधिनियम 2013 मध्ये सुधारणा करेल.

5. The Union Cabinet approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of India and the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene of Cote d’Ivoire. The MoU was aimed to enhance cooperation in the field of health.
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने भारताचे आरोग्य व कुटुंब कल्याण मंत्रालय आणि कोटे डी’व्हायरचे आरोग्य व सार्वजनिक स्वच्छता मंत्रालय यांच्यात झालेल्या सामंजस्य करारास मान्यता दिली. आरोग्य क्षेत्रातील सहकार्य वाढविण्याच्या उद्देशाने सामंजस्य करार झाला.

6. The 20th Session of the senior officials’ meeting (SoM) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on 3 March 2020. The meeting was chaired by Sri Lankan Foreign Secretary Ravinatha Aryasinha.

10. The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Sumant Kathpalia as the MD and CEO of IndusInd Bank for three years, with effect from March 24.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने 24 मार्चपासून इंडसइंड बँकेचे एमडी आणि मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून सुमंत काठपालिया यांच्या नियुक्तीस मान्यता दिली आहे.
