1. World Ozone Day is observed on 16 September every year to spread awareness among people about the depletion of the Ozone Layer.
ओझोन थर कमी होण्याविषयी लोकांमध्ये जागरूकता निर्माण करण्यासाठी दरवर्षी 16 सप्टेंबर रोजी जागतिक ओझोन दिन साजरा केला जातो.

2. Justice P Lakshman Reddy was sworn in as the first Lokayukta of Andhra Pradesh.

3. Air India denotes an operating loss of around Rs 4600 crore within the last fiscal year due to higher oil costs and exchange losses however the debt-laden carrier expects to show the profit of Rs 700 to 800 crore in 2019-20
उच्च तेलाच्या खर्चामुळे आणि एक्सचेंज लॉसमुळे गेल्या आर्थिक वर्षात एअर इंडियाने सुमारे 4600 कोटी रुपयांचे ऑपरेटिंग तोटा दर्शविला आहे. कर्जबाजारी वाहक 2019-20 मध्ये 700 ते 800 कोटी रुपयांचा नफा दर्शविण्याची अपेक्षा करीत आहे.

4. Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries Rameswar Teli has said that the World Bank will provide three thousand crore rupees assistance to finance, mini and mega food parks across the country.

6. An innovative project for constructing a floating school for children in Bangladesh has been awarded the prestigious Aga Khan Architecture Award 2019.
